I had an emergency situation and Richard got me in during a super busy time. He did and exceptional job on the muffler/rear exhaust to get my Jetta running safely again. He also found some other issues that I was unaware of—gave sound advice to avoid any future problems that could leave me stranded roadside. The cost was beyond reasonable considering the complexity of the work that needed done. Highly recommend!

Best place to get your vehicle worked on. Never had an issue. And it's cheap and done right. As someone who has always gotten screwed over with mechanics and pricing. I finally found a really good reliable shop.

Rich has always been a very friendly and trustworthy mechanic to me. His prices are very reasonable and he truly cares about his customers and their needs. I've never had any bad experiences with him, his staff, or his work in the many years he's worked on my vehicle and that of my family. He's very knowledgeable and fair. Good man of faith. No complaints. Fully trust him. Highly recommend.

Honest about the length of time it would take to get my van done. Was able to finish it the day I dropped it off, having four busy kids I really couldn't go long without a vehicle. He was very polite and also fair priced. I will absolutely be a returning customer!

I was stranded in this town after my car broke down. Super helpful in getting the issue resolved. Genuinely trying to help me get on my way, not any attempt to take advantage of the situation. Didn’t charge anything to diagnose the issue. Great service. If I’m ever stranded in Geneva, OH again I’ll be back.

Richard is great. He has been nothing but honest and forthright with the repairs that were needed. He has definitely earned our trust.

First off, let me say that I’m a car guy. I rework breaks, accessory components, enough alternators to boot- and I had told a friend I was going to fix their power steering. In the middle of January, I have the car on jack stands with a heater going, and I cannot get this pump on. I have a pump fully assembled, and I cannot get the high power line on. Defeated, I put the fully assembled pump in the drivers side, and have the car hauled to ace.

Not only did they fix it, they replaced the pump and pressure lines for a price I couldn’t believe (in a great way). WHAT? THE VALUE IS INSANE.

Listen, car guys. You can’t do everything. You don’t have a lift. Take it to ace. I will refer all my friends and family from Cleveland to Geneva here without a dash of reluctance. Our 18 year old Camry has seen better days, but even better now that we went to ace. Thanks again for the help and I cannot tell you how much you ALL are appreciated.

Rich always does quality work, tries to keep costs down, and serves his customers well. I have known him for nearly ten years and have never been disappointed. He swapped out a bad transmission from my daughter’s truck, and when it wasn’t quite right (a bad part), he did the work again and only charged me for the original install.

Amazing service!! We broke down mid road trip and stopped at the closest shop we could get to. Richard had us describe the problems with the car and was able to identify each issue. It only took him a few hours to pick up new parts and fix everything up, and we were back on the road in no time! We felt like he was the mechanic you always want on your side. He told us what was up- no funny business- not trying to make a quick buck but just gave us his expert opinion. He was understanding, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have to break down anywhere in the country, hope that you break down in Geneva, Ohio.

Took my car to Ace for what the dealership said was bad shocks on my 2013. Turns out it was not bad shocks a tighten here and a tighten there and had me back on the road with no more rattling noise. Thank you so much Ace Auto, I will return. Honest and fair pricing as well.

Took our Chevy Blazer in to have the fuel pump replaced and got nothing short of excellent service. Went the extra mile to make sure they got us the best price they could on the parts and had us in and out in a day. Very polite and professional. Think we found our new go to mechanic.

Much thanks to Ace Auto Repair in Geneva for quickly fixing our transport truck so we were able to get the Tennessee crew to Country Doctors Vet Clinic today for their heartworm treatment. Very nice guys who were fast and thorough. Go see them if you need some work done on your vehicle😁

Up for the weekend from Columbus we hit a huge pothole and somehow broke both rear control arms. I called Ace’s around 1pm, he looked for the parts, called me back saying that he could get them and was completely done with all the work before 5:00 the same day! Richard is such a good guy he came and picked me up st a winery so that we could get the car back. You don’t find this kind of service anymore so it my pleas sure to take my business to Ace’s!! Thank you Richard!!!
