I've been going to True North for a little over a year now. Andi has been doing my hair (both cut & color) and I always leave the salon feeling refreshed! I love Andi so much, she's such a sweet soul. The other members of the True North team are always so full of love & laughter. Everyone there is always in such high spirits & I always look forward to my experience there. Amy has truly been an inspiration for the community & has done such an amazing job building such a wonderful space for people to be their best selves. 🖤

I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a salon before. All of the stylist do amazing work. I chose Jasmine as my stylist and I will not be changing anytime soon! She did a beautiful job with my hair and is very accommodating to someone with a busy schedule. It was truly like hanging out and talking to a friend. I have found my salon home!

Got my hair done last year by Andi and absolutely loved it!! Amazing staff!❤ absolutely love the whole environment and how amazing everyone is! Hope to set up another appointment soon!🙂

I love this salon! Shayla is my favorite, but every stylist here is amazing! When you call, tell them what you are looking for and your schedule and they will pair you with the stylist that best fits your needs. The pricing is very fair and the results are beyond amazing! If you’re lucky Tank will randomly sing (like the king he is!). Barber Brett does very well with my son (6). This is a family’s one stop shop for the best hair!

I’m still a newer client of True North but I’m happy to have FINALLY found a salon I feel comfortable in and listened to! I’ve been searching for a few years now and love it there. My son has started seeing barber Brett and my daughter is about to get her first haircut ever there! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Every stylist in there seems easy to talk to and very down to earth!

Mad Mel has been my hair stylist for a few years now and she is amazing. Unfortunately I don't go to her as often as I should but when I'm able to spoil myself she's the one I run to. The whole staff for True North are all so sweet and friendly. All of their work is gorgeous ❤

I have to start off by saying this salon offers services for everyone.
Walking in you automatically feel comfortable and surrounded by friends. Shayla has been doing my hair for years and she is unmatched- though I’d go to any of the stylists because they’re all so incredibly talented. I’ve also gotten my nails done by Tank… and whewwwww y'all I was flashing my nails to everybody 🤣

I love True North! Mel does my hair and has for years! I would never let anyone else touch my hair, she does an amazing job and leaves me with a smile after every appointment. The stylist at True North have truly become family after years of coming into the salon and I would suggest them to anyone!

Jasmine is AWESOME with color! I hadn’t had anybody touch my hair in years and I walked out feeling amazing with my new cut and fun color. I wouldn’t hesitate to make an appt with anybody there!!!! And I will definitely be going back.

I would trust any of these ladies with my hair. Such a great crew, but specifically I'd like to mention my girl, Jasmine! She really is a Rockstar. Making you feel comfortable about the changes to come. I've never personally had my hair dyed there, but I've seen the results, and True North is the one! The colors coming out of there are epic, not to mention homemade barrettes! Can't say enough, just go there dummy.

It is a great place to go to! Love going there once a month to get my nails done! I love getting my hair done as well, the staff is super friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and walk you through what they are doing. Very talented hair dressers and talented nail tech!

I've been coming here for a few years now. I followed Amy from Mentor to Geneva when she opened True North. She is a miracle worker! I highly recommend Amy and any of the other stylists at True North. They are all super talented!

I brought my youngest son in for a hair cut, and Brett was amazing with him. Every time I come into true north everyone is so friendly and such a nice environment.

I had my first experience at True North, after the initial threat of COVID and salons were back up and running. I was not only comfortable, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Jasmine was my stylist (Designs by Jasmine) and talk was easy- we all know that can be awkward to talk to someone you don’t know through the hrs of a color/cut/style! I walked out gaining a friend. And I absolutely LOVED the results of my new hair! Many asked where I had it done, and are now pleased as well!
Would give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if allowed.

Absolutely love True North! The entire staff radiates positivity!! Amy lives up to her name "Hair Doctor Amy". I've looked for a long time to find someone I truly enjoyed having do my hair and Amy checks all the boxes! My fiancé sees Barber Brett. He has said he will NEVER have to search for a barber ever again.

The only place I will ever get my hair done in Geneva! I have used different salons in the area, no one has come close to these ladies and gentlemen! From color, cut and nails, they do it all!! And they treat you like friends, if not family!!! 💯recommend for any service you need!
