Beautiful state of the art facility. Very accommodating staff and they were able to take care of me when i needed help with my loose crown.
Susan was able to find time to give me the best cleaning i ever had. She is very efficient and knowledgeable, yet gentle and thorough.
Dr Owen and all his staff work great together in a well organized friendly facility.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my son and I for our first visit to this office! It had been a minute since we have been to the dentist due to my anxiety and life flying by in general. During our routine cleanings they were beyond thorough and informative about every little thing they were doing. Instantly felt comfortable with their hospitality. If anyone has the slightest bit of dental anxiety then this is the place for you. This office makes you feel like an actual person and not another number on the schedule ! I came from the dental field years ago and if you're from the field you know what kind of care you should be receiving and this went beyond my expectations! More than impressed! I wish I would have found them sooner! I’m extremely anxious for the dentist and have had some not so great experiences. I explained this when I called to schedule an appointment and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. We were able to do more than we expected with my anxiety and I am so very thankful for absolutely everything the entire staff did for me.

I have had two appointments so far. All I can say is: You are all so nice, sweet & caring. I am so glad I chose you. I am truly excited about the end results... can't wait, but I have to. 😊 You guys are fantastic....Thank you for caring...

I have had nothing but good experiences with the whole team! There were some hiccups in my treatment plan that were no fault to anyone at the office. They made every step of the way easy and comfortable! During my treatment, I had Dr D and Dr Owen's. Both were very professional and nice, and they made sure I understood every step of the process. I would highly recommend this office. While I was deciding on a dentist to choose for getting all my teeth removed and getting dentures. I read a lot of reviews. I almost let the biggest negative review they get on here change my mind. The late cancelation charge. When you go for the first appointment, it is clearly stated as you sign a form saying you understand. So I am glad I did not let that turn me away. I have received nothing but top patient care at Cooper Owen's! I would highly recommend them!

Also, I want to give extra high praise to Sue and Cameron!! They have helped so much during the process of my treatment, from just kind words to advice or helping with issues I was having with my new dentures!

A lot of reviews don't mention denture reviews on here, so for anyone looking for dentures and are looking for a place to go for the process, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When I experienced an urgent dental need, my usual dentist wasn’t able to see me for a week. I reached out to friends and was referred to this office; the phone was answered immediately (even though the
office was closed) and they were able to see me the very next day! Often, being able to get a first appointment at any office that quickly might be a bit of a red flag, but not in this instance. The care was excellent. I’m a longtime nurse, and it’s made me an anxious patient. The front desk staff, the EFDAs and the dentist——all wonderful, informative, patient and professional. All options were thoroughly explained (along with costs associated with each), and I was given time to decide.
I had a broken molar that required a crown that day, and had I waited the week to get into the other office, it may have ended up requiring a root canal. This was also the week between Christmas and New Year’s; VERY thankful to have wound up in their capable hands!!

I am a 67 year old retired Dentist and needed one of my crowns (cap) replaced. I decided to try a new dentist that wasn’t one of my acquaintances. I saw all the great Google reviews of Dr. Cooper Owen’s dental office, so I decided to make an appointment. What a great experience I had! I actually was scheduled with Dr. Shannon Duqum, Dr. Owen’s associate Dentist. When I approached the office my first impression was, what a nice office building! I knew then that I was about get receive quality care like I provided in my practice. I was greeted warmly by the front desk receptionist and took a seat in the waiting room which was decorated very nicely and I felt at home. I barely sat down when I was asked to follow the assistant to the treatment room. Very professional and nice young man. The entire treatment room area was extremely clean and professional looking. I knew I was about to get quality care. Then to top it off, I was greated by Dr. Shannon Duqum who was going to provide my treatment. I thought whoa, what a cute Dentist! Dr. Duqum was extremely gentle, professional, polite and an absolute joyful personality! Now if that wasn’t enough, she had to give me an injection and I thought okay, with all the positive things I just had, I was hoping it would continue. I barely felt the injection and it is a tough one to give! Amazing! The following treatment to replace my crown went extremely well and I was extremely comfortable. Her assistant made my temporary crown at the end of my appointment and it felt just as good as the original! Once again, very professional! So I give the entire office a 5*+ rating and would recommend it to anyone. The fee for my treatment was very reasonable for the professional treatment I received. I can hardly wait to go back again! My experience with the dental group of dentist Dr. Cooper Owens was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was polite, professional and put me at ease quickly. I’ve had bad experiences before and honestly was not looking forward to going to the dentist. I was referred by a friend of mine and am so pleased with my appointments. I highly recommend Dr.Owens and his staff for your dental needs.

It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly especially Lakeisha. She made me feel comfortable, my dentist was very kind. I think after all my dental visits I have found the perfect place. It was very clean. I highly recommend this office.

I saw Dr Owens for a bone condition in my jaw. He is super knowledgeable, compassionate. His staff is friendly, top notch! I came a long ways to see him based on recommendation. He's the best!

Dr. Owens and staff are incredible. From answering the phone on the weekend to getting me in two days later and fixing a cracked tooth I am impressed. The whole staff are kind and patient, understanding and thorough. Each time I go to the office, whether for a cleaning or dental work, there is some interesting event/fundraiser going on. The first time I went I felt like I was going to a spa. I highly recommend this office.

I came to Cooper Owens Dental in Geneva seeking a second opinion after a crown that was done elsewhere had fallen off for the 4th time in 2 years. Dr. Duqum presented me with a couple options and we scheduled an appointment to prepare for an implant to replace the decaying tooth.
In preparation for the extraction, every member of the staff was professional, and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the procedure, aftercare, and medications. The tooth presented a challenge due to its weak condition but Dr. Duqum is unflappable. She kept me informed of progress and her confidence put me at ease. I’m so glad I found this practice and my new dentist!

Came to Dr. Owens dental office for a cleaning and check up. It’s the most updated equipment and treatments I’ve seen an had. Dental assistants were great, cleaning went well and found a few things needing repair.

Awesome experience. They were very patient with me. Barely felt the shot and did a great job on the temporary filling before the crown.
