I have been going to this Verizon Wireless location for many years. I have always had a great experience. Everyone is always very knowledgeable, nice & extremely helpful. Today I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Tyler helped me. He is awesome. Listens to your wants & needs. Not pushy at all. It’s important to him that you the customer is happy. He takes the time to explain everything & makes sure your phone is set up. Once again another positive experience for me. Thank You!

Went to Verizon store in Blue Point / Bayport. Tyler was excellent with his customer service. We visited the store on Thurs and he gave us a quote on switching to Verizon and they didn't have the phone we were looking for and he made sure he found it and ordered it for us. We came back in today and are now Verizon customers.

It was the fact he called me and updated me with everything about the phone and when we arrived he patiently worked with us while helping other customers to get things switched smoothly. Good guy they have there!

This local Verizon store takes time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave.. gives you confidence that you are being told the truth about purchases. Honestly, there is nothing more important than having someone knowledgeable spend time explaining. Tyler was awesome.

Will B. at Verizon is the BEST!
My family and I have been going to Blue Point Verizon to see Will B. for a long long time. Will B. is always very helpful and patient. I appreciate his assistance making decisions for upgrades and plan changes. Will B. is knowledgeable, honest and personable. I trust his recommendations and he makes hard decisions about which phone or plan to go with much easier for me. I know many other families in our community feel the same way about Will B. He is a valuable part of the Bayport Blue Point Community!!

These guys are great. When my old cellphone died I went to Russel Cellular on Montauk Highway. I met with Tyler. He helped me select the phone that was right for me. He quickly transferred all my data from my old to the new and then he patiently answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new functions on my phone. Tyler told me to take my new phone home, use it for a day, make a list of any questions I had and come back the next so he could answer my questions. I did just that. The next day I had a list of questions and returned to see Tyler. He easily answered all my questions even the not so smart ones. Even when I asked what in retrospect was a dumb question he was not condescending and answered my question. I highly recommend Russell Cellular to anyone looking to buy new or upgrade their phone and or service. They also have an excellent selection of accessories to go with the phones they sell.

My family and I have been using this Verizon store for years and are very satisfied with the service we always receive. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will is our “go to” person. He is very professional and thorough. As busy as it can’t get in there sometimes, he makes sure we get the service we need.

Russell Cellular is THE best Verizon store in my area. All workers are very efficient and pleasant to talk and work with. My favorite, of course, is Will who has been helping me for the last 10 +years. Will always led me to the product that will work best for me and my needs. I have never been disappointed.

Today I went to Russell Wireless Bayport to upgrade my iPhone XR to an iPhone 13 and now it’s easy for me to say I won’t go anywhere else for any of my Verizon needs. Tyler made the upgrade process seamless as he was informative, patient and pleasant. In just a quick 30 minutes I was walking out the door with a new phone. However, I didn’t get very far…before coming back with my sister so that she too could upgrade her iPhone 8 to a new iPhone 13! Thank you so much Tyler for all of your help, I definitely will be back when I’m due for an upgrade.

Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Will at Verizon! My family and I have been using Will since our iPhone 4. He is always friendly, helpful and patient. I will never go to another Verizon store. While all the people who work there are awesome, I generally always go in to see Will so he can help all of us with our phone plans! Thank you!!

I moved to Islip a few years back, but will never go to another Verizon other than Blue Point! Their employees are the best and always super helpful! Just had a great experience working with Tyler - I highly recommend going to this location for any needs!!

Will is great! He always helps me with all my phone needs. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I took my mother there to get a new phone, Will was polite and very quick and efficient.

My customer service rep was quick, efficient and very helpful with my needs. I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes after choosing my accessories to go with my new phone. He was even kind enough to give me a new box in order to ship back my old phone.

This is the best Verizon Store on Long Island!! Will is by far the greatest phone salesman I have ever dealt with. He is constantly up to date & educated in any and all products. They always figure out a way to make things happen. On a scale of the 0 to 100 the customer service is always at 150%. THANK YOU WILL!!

The guys were very helpful and be extremely efficient! They were also very patient with me because I didn’t know my old PIN to switch carriers. They helped us set everything up smoothly!

The people who work at this Verizon are AMAZING. When an error was made with the SIM card on my business phone, Tyler DROVE to my place of business to help me out so as not to inconvenience me. All of their patience is greatly appreciated!
