It was my first time to a dentist in a very long time and the front desk was very nice and help full they answered all my questions politely. The X-ray girl must have been new so she was learning and all that did was take a little bit longer than normal ….” We all have to learn our jobs before getting good and fast at them” the lady that explained my cleaning I would need was very nice and knowledgeable the dentist came in he was fast yes but one his stuff and all in all I’m very happy with cicero dental associates!!!!

I give this dental office 5 stars and if I could give more I would!! I work at a facility where I am required to ensure my youth be seen by a dentist within 30 days of arrival to our facility and Cicero Dental is the place to go!! Other offices are booked out for months and Cicero is able to schedule within 1 to 3 weeks!! If work needs to be done, they are able to schedule it within the month!! Not only is the office accommodating, the work and the care that they provide is excellent! I have never heard a complaint from any of the children who go there and they all say that their teeth feel and look great after going!! Also, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have mainly been working with Stephanie, Juan, and Jenna and they all are amazing people to work with and talk to. They are knowledgeable about the dental work and able to answer all of my questions! I have read some reviews where people have voiced that Cicero Dental never answers their phone or calls back and that is simply not true!! Yes, their office is busy like most offices however they ALWAYS return their calls within 24 hours, if not sooner! I HIGHLY recommend this office for all your future dental needs. Thank you Cicero Dental for all that you do!! You guys rock!!

I just finished the two months process to get new dentures. The dentist, the staff, and everyone I came in contact with we're just exceptional! If I could give you a 100 stars I would!! I am so happy with my results. I Highly recommend this dental office and appreciate all of your hard work. Thanks so much!!

Went for pain in a wisdom tooth that had a cavity (previous place I went for a cleaning sucked and took forever to send referral to get my wisdom teeth out) as well as a loose tooth due to injury. Got me back in within days to get the wisdom tooth removed. Easy and painless and got a referral to an orthodontist.

Had to switch dentists due to insurance and ended up picking Cicero Dental associates. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. I had a cavity filled and it went better than I could of hoped for. Dr. Reid and her assistant Brittney did it completely pain free. I did not have to wait long and the staff is super friendly. I still have a few more to go but thankfully no apprehension in going back.

I had a wonderful experience here. A hygienist named Summer did my teeth cleaning. She was very polite, and took her time with me because she knew I was nervous. She explained everything she was doing before she did it which helped me relax. Dr. Range did my consult for some work needing to be done. He was honest and straight forward which I appreciated. He took his time looking at all of my X-rays so he could form a good treatment plan and explained everything to me in detail. I would recommend this office as all the staff was very polite and professional.

Had my first cleaning with Whitney, very thorough. Rebecca the dental assistant took my X-rays and made sure they were clear and comfortable. Dr. Reid was very attentive and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision on my dental care. Great place to go, very friendly professional staff and looking forward to a great future with their office.

I have had quite a bit of dental work done at Cicero Dental. I have had nothing but great experiences every time! Eric the office manager has gone above and beyond to help out with appointment times and gets me in quickly each time. I recommend Cicero Dental to anyone in need of dental work or cleanings

For many years i have been trying to find the best solution to whitening my teeth. I tried many over the counter whiting and was never happy with the results. So I decided to try the Zoom Whiting that they have in Cicero. I first have to say Summer DID A AMAZING JOB! She made sure that i was comfortable during the whole process. She explained everything down to a science for me. As soon as I was done with my treatment I went home and was amazed by how much my smile had changed. I love all the compliments that i get. Now i just use the refills and touch it up. The whiting pens they sell in office are the greatest thing to use when you are on the go and need a quick whiting.

Great place.. My daughter and I just started going to this dental office and the staff are great, they made us feel very welcome and made my daughter feel very comfortable( she's 6 yrs old). I want to say a special thank you to Clarissa( office manager) for greeting us and taking care of our every need before heading back to the exam rooms, she was very sweet and professional and that means so much to us!

Very nice. I had Mary and Brittany who were very nice, they explained things even before I had a chance to ask. Never made me feel rushed. And I saw Dr. Bob who was very nice. Never made me feel bad because I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years. Wonderful people.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! Brittany, Taylor and Dr. Bob were absolutely amazing and very professional. Taylor explained everything to me and Dr. Bob was very thorough and Brittany was very helpful when it came to any billing/scheduling questions. All staff was very pleasant and kind! Great team! Will be recommending everyone there! Thank you.

I had a cleaning with Summer today and was thoroughly impressed with my appointment! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and super friendly! Dr. Amr did the exam and he too was great. The whole staff was awesome and I look forward to the my next appointment! 😁

One of the best Dental Facilities around. They will take good care of you.. They have great dentist's and Assistants. Cheetara Jenkins is one of the best assistant there.
