Lowe's Home Improvement

I love Lowe's for any home improvement project. I have always encountered exceptional customer service there as well. I am not really a Do-It-Myself person so when I find someone to ask what aisle something is in, or ask what they would recommend they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I still do not know how the people who work there know so much about whatever department they work in. But I have no complaints. I will continue to purchase home improvement items there again and again.

Just a quick walk through to look at several items to give me ideas about things that I am working on. I did not plan on purchasing anything just looking at different areas of the store.... I had a guy asked me if I was looking for something we talked for a little very pleasant do not know his name....

Excellent customer service, impressive selection, good prices. The offer of help was made by multiple employees while we shipped, without any pushing or trying to force sales. The paint mixing was done to perfection, quickly, despite several customers. The cashier helped swap carts for ease in checking out, and was pleasant and efficient. Great shopping experience.

I work at a local hardware store and I meant to do the survey from my receipt--but I waited too long. I wanted to compliment Joey and Liz who were working at the service desk. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful and they helped my store get the plywood and asphalt patch that we needed in a timely manner. Thank you for your great customer service!

I was helped by Mr. LOU in Appliance department. He explained me everything about the question that I have. And also explain the difference of different brands.

Found exactly what I was looking for. A few associates stopped to offer assistance . Store was clean and stocked.

I had the impossible task of trying to install an SPT portable dishwasher to my pull-down faucet in the kitchen. Tony from plumbing was able to make a whole faucet for me without having to buy a brand new one in the box. I highly recommend Tony for all of your plumbing needs. It was so easy to assemble these parts that I was able to do it in under 1 hour. Zoom in to take a look at all of the parts that I used in order to do this task.

I used a splitter off the hot water line, which ran up to a single faucet. The faucet contained a single shut off that can be used for a regular garden hose, which was attached to many different adapters including the SPT adapter.

Excellent customer service from the manager Kerry and cashier Lori. Wanted to put the names in the survey but there is no question for it.Very pleasant. Go there all the time. Never had a problem . Also help from a nice gentleman to help us load some wood. Will continue to go to Lowe's.

This is the second large appliance purchase I have made at this location. Every employee has gone above and beyond to assist with my myriad of questions and made everything quick and effortless! Fantastic staff of helpful and knowledgeable people. Keep up the great work!

Kudos to Kevin and Jared in the garden center. I called and told them how much fencing and post I needed and when I got there, Kevin had what I wanted already on a cart for me and Jared help me load it on my truck very nice guys . not sure who waited on me last week but he was also nice. Lowe's is lucky to have this man!

I've always preferred Lowe's to other home improvement stores, but after my shopping experience yesterday, I realized just how much the staff at this store are always helpful and friendly. I was looking at an item, and had some very niche questions, and the employee that helped me took the time to pull up the information sheet from the manufacturer and help me find extra details, as well as help with all of my questions, and was able to help me make a final decision with my purchase. Even in my other experiences, staff have always been happy to help with any questions or finding products in store, and have always been willing to give suggestions if I'd wanted them. I just wish I'd caught the name of the most recent employee that helped to give him a shout out.

I worked with Lou at the cabinets /appliances department for my kitchen project.
He was wonderful in helping find the right items and deciding for the best design.
Lou is very prosional and I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family.

I was at the Lowe's home improvement location in Cicero New York today and oftentimes I do a lot of shopping for a man and a lot of times I'm in need of assistance. Most people will just tell you what I'll attend and you're on your own! The sales associate at Cicero, Lowe's Home Improvement store, not only scanned my item but, walked me all the way down to where my item was located! Going above and beyond beyond the duty for just a tiny bag of lint traps. Brandi your are awesome!!!!😁😁😁😁

My favorite hardware store. Is everything I want. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will walk right with you through the aisles and show you exactly what you're looking for. You just don't find that anymore in places. I have noticed recently, that it appears there seemed to be maybe fewer employees on the floor, and I've had to do a little searching before I find someone to ask, but it's not bad, and worth finding the help because they always know where to go and offer suggestions

Have been to this location a few times. Stopped in today and throughout the the visit was asked by not one, not two, but three team members if I needed any assistance. Really appreciate the presence of help in comparison to the competition, where it is always impossible to find someone.

I've been to many Lowe's for many reasons. This is my favorite. All of the staff is super-nice and friendly.

Today, Brandye, assistant in the Garden Store, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with heavy bags of pine nuggets. You are fortunate to have such a motivated employee.

They had exactly what I needed and very convenient to where I live. Didn't have to wait in a long line to cash out.

I am leaving this Lowe's and and am pretty happy with the time spent there. The employees are great and their service is just as good. I had some work to do here so I was not here as a customer but even if not, that doesn't not give me the experience I just had there. Which was good. I will be coming back here again, for work or for buying something I need whether it be. Lowe's really is doing a good job compared to it's competitors like Depo for example. I been inside and out the Home Depot and Lowe's stores and I prefer Lowe's. There is more room, more organization and the people seem just overall more pleasant.
