Dunkin'

Staff here has always been very friendly. They are usually pretty fast and get you your order quickly. They have restrooms and it is definitely handicap friendly. They close earlier than most dunks but for me it's not an issue because I always go early.

On February 26th I was about to get coffee right before close. I was walking and I was unable to make it. I noticed a car waiting as the store came into eye sight around 6:48PM. They were just standing well behind the microphone in the car. I heard the employees on the mic ask to help around 6:50PM until 6:55PM. But the car was still. As I got closer to the store I noticed the car approach literally right before they closed. Then they started banging on the window around like 6:59PM, 1 minute before close. This lady screamed profanities calling out "b****!" At the employee. Then she said "I know the manager at this store, I'm reporting this, you shouldn't be closed!". Im not sure why this lady did not respond to the employees trying to help her. This is scary, I was scared for my safety so I decided not to approach. I hope the staff on duty called the police. I go here all the time, it's really gotten better this new year

Very homey feel, excellent food and great service. And they're friendly and fast service.

I am fairly new to the area and have become a regular at this store. I stop by atleast twice a day for my mocha pumpkin iced macchiato. The staff is always great! The man that I see almost everyday morning at the window is amazing! (Always remembers my large straw :) ) drive thru wait time is better than alot of other stores (I have a dunks problem Ive been to many different locations and worked at many as well)
This location is hands down my new favorite!!

I go to this Dunkin' infrequently, sporadically at best, whenever I go that way to travel south from my home.
I will explain why this is so important in a moment. Whenever I go to other dunking locations, the people are often times irritable, impatient, and frequently make errors in my order. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the Boscawen location, they are cheerful, patient, helpful, kind, and demonstrate acumen in their work. I felt compelled to let you know. Now, for the reason my sporadic visitation of this location is so important; it would be one thing if I had the occasional good experience or consistent ones at the same time of day if I was a regular, but it really speaks to the quality of the workers, management, training, and environment at Boscawen that I have been infrequently, ordered a random variety of things, and have gone at varying times of day and days of the week, and EVERY time I go, it is the same excellent experience!!!!!! Please recognize this entire location and it's whole crew in some special and significant way. I have been meaning to write a review like this for some time, as my visitation to Boscawen has been happening over 4 years now, and over this period, I have yet to have a single negative experience here, even at peak busy hours, this location has a very short wait time, and STILL doesn't mess up my order! I say again, PLEASE convey my gratitude to the great group of people at Boscawen and present them with accolades befitting the excellent service they provide to their customers.

What can I say.. it's Dunkins and I live in New England! While Cumberland Farms is cheaper, Dunkins is better tasting than the cheaper coffe and dunkins is not bitter like Starbucks. So for me dunkins wins the flavor war and if you are a member of the app they often have deals and even a free coffee tossed in from time to time. So Dunkins is a routine stop for me.

Stopped for a coffee with my mother and staff was great! Super friendly, prompt to answer any and all questions. Best drive through service!

Great place needs to work on their customer service a little bit. But besides that place is great.

This location is amazing and Bruce is a one of a kind manager here...He constantly works his bottom off no matter what type of discomfort he is dealing with..Exceptional customer service 😀 Great team...No issues at all....

Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a hello, they are also the only dunkins that has not ever messed up my order. And I have a simple order. The staff/customer service is GREAT here!

I will go out of my way to stop at this Dunkin Donuts.
I honestly couldn't say enough good things about about staff here and the coffee is always excellent.

Benn going to this place since I was a kid, and I love it. The donuts always seem fresh, and the staff are always nice, except for this one dude who was kind of an ass but I only saw once.
