Probably one of my best experiences with this dealership!! Tim K. was very patient and let me test ride pretty much everything i felt like! I just was so undecided and nervous that I was going to make the wrong decision and instead of pressing me or being like the average salesperson who needs to pay their bills like the rest of us, Tim was not that! He was patient, honest, and gave me great advice and finally I made a decision because he met me at a price I was excited for! My experience was so good, that even my dad was happy that he did right by his daughter and he didn’t take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge in these situations! That meant so much that when my dad went with me to get my truck, He decided he wanted one too and if he was going to buy one he was buying it from Tim! Thanks Tim K! Smoothest sale ever. After going to 3 other dealerships we went to Banks for the first time. Chris our salesman was amazing no pressure took the time to show us what we wanted explained everything about the vehicles we test drove. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. No pressure sales. All paperwork was done over the phone and complete when I got there. Done in 30 minutes. All my accessories I ordered were in the bed of the truck. It was clean and full of fuel ready to go. This was my first purchase from banks but certainly won’t be my last. I had a great experience with Banks! I had found the exact truck I was looking for that was already in transit to the dealer. I called about it, put a deposit on it and was driving it off the lot less than a week later! Matt was extremely helpful and kept me up to date through the whole process. And the best part of all was that the entire paperwork process only took about 30 minutes! Certainly the fastest and least pressured process I’ve been through buying a vehicle.

Update: not only was the sales department great but I have already ordered parts with great service, but my new truck has a minor glitch with the infotainment system and service is doing their best to track it down and get it fixed! I have already recommended 2 of my friends go to Banks for a new vehicle!

Due to my job constantly moving me around the world, I have had many experiences with dealerships. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have had from start to finish.

I found this vehicle (GMC Yukon XL) by using GMC’s inventory finder. I had about 10 different dealerships in my range I started to reach out to. Stephanie B. reached out and spoke briefly on the phone, but I asked her to follow up through email because I was busy with work. She was understanding and promptly reached out through email. Over a couple emails she gave me the information I needed and once I was ready to purchase she got me in touch with a sales person.

Tim K. then reached out to me to finalize the deal. I was 500 miles away so I had to consider the flight up and drive back. Tim assured me that they would do their best to pick me up at the airport. 10 days later (day before Thanksgiving) I got the call that the Yukon arrived. My only chance to pick up the Yukon was that Friday or wait a month when I would be available again. I cannot express my gratitude for the assistance Tim gave me which was above and beyond what was expected from him.

The only part of this experience that wasn’t the best was the wait for the vehicle. The dealership closed early the day it came in and the next day (Thursday) closed for Thanksgiving, so the required inspections were not able to be completed. Mr. Dave picked me up at the airport and Tim was able to get all the paperwork squared away pretty quick. I then had to wait over 3 hours for the vehicle to be ready. I put myself on a tight timeline and it was Black Friday. This was just a slight inconvenience, since the holiday made it understandable.

Overall, I would highly recommend considering purchasing a vehicle from Banks. They worked tirelessly to make this process seamless for us, and Tim even reached out later to ensure my drive back home went safely. Just great people and great dealership!

I found the truck I wanted while searching the inventory found on Chevy's web page. Going to Banks web page to check if the truck was available, I was quickly contacted by the Online sales team. They seamlessly handed me off to the online sales team, and even though I spoke with three different members if the team (Cindy, Cammie & Kendall) they all knew what was previously discussed. After I was passed off to Kevin for the sale itself, my final questions were answered and I booked my Flight to Manchester. Kevin kept me up to date as to the delivery status of the truck and made sure I all documentation was ready to go. Two days before I flew up there, Otto from finance called and we finalized the financial aspects of the purchase. He made sure I had everything ready to go so when I got there there would be no hiccups. Banks had someone meet me at the airport and drive me there to get my truck. Kevin took me to the truck where they were completing the PDI, brought me to the Barbecue (I lucked out, apparently they bring in a BBQ company once a month, I was there on such a day!) where I got a some good eats. After that the paperwork was a breeze . . . And I was on the road with my new 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Desert Boss! Would definitely do another Fly & Buy with them - If I lived closer, they would be my go-to Chevy Dealer!

The salesman Tim provided the best buying interaction I’ve ever had. He should be valued for his interpersonal skills, communication, transparency, and for being an all around great guy to deal with. He went (and was willing to go) above and beyond for this trade and sale deal, and it was much appreciated. Zero pressure, super accommodating, all of which folks like myself don’t find anymore in the auto sales realm. Talk about breath of fresh air relative to buying a $75k+ vehicle. Very satisfied thus far. He’s working through some minor lingering “issues” that I uncovered after taking beneficial ownership of the truck, and have full confidence things will be investigated and made right.

With that said, my mind is already made up regarding my next truck (and/or any future vehicles), I will be back. I will be back for my next truck 100% and Tim is to thank for that.

This was our first used car purchase from this dealership. We did an out of state purchase and we highly recommend this place. It is definitely not easy getting everything all set for a MA transfer - but our sales guy Scott D was super patient, honorable, and respectful. We got to learn a ton and had and all around great time. Banks Chevrolet was awesome and everyone was so helpful! My salesperson Nick helped me pick out the perfect new vehicle, they had so many great options to pick from and the process was so quick but they didn’t pressure anything which was perfect. I had to pickup when my salesperson wasn’t in but he arranged for another Nick to help and he was awesome too!

My SUV broke down -- turned out it was the fuel pump. Banks provided me a loaner at no charge because I purchased the vehicle from their dealership. It's really great to be able to have a free loaner car -- especially because they were backed up and couldn't get to it for a few days. The best part was that they washed my vehicle for me so when I picked it up it was cleaner than when I brought it in -- I loved that.

Very easy leasing process! I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I have never leased a car before, but Banks answered all my questions and went over all the details. The salesman Alex was polite and thorough. He walked me through all the essentials and made sure I felt comfortable with my new car before I drove off the lot! I love my new equinox!

However at Banks with Nick I was treated with respect and courtesy. I have only the best to say about Banks and Nick.
