McDonald's

I used a kiosk to place an order but choose to pay at the counter because I had some gift cards and a coupon. I didn't tell the cashier until we were halfway through check out about the coupon and she was so nice about my mistake and super patient. The manager or supervisor came over to help her and they were both so nice. You can tell have they have a great work environment. I even forgot to order a shake for one of my kids and she made it right away and gave it to us. It honestly made my hard day so much better. I didn't get her name but she has dark hair and glasses and was wearing a pink vest on Friday 2/2/24 . This is a McDonald's that is running amazingly.

Everytime we come to this McDonalds, our food is always fresh and hot! The bathrooms are usually clean and the staff are usually very helpful and polite.

Good food at a good value. The woman at the checkout was exceptionally helpful. Angelique was her name.

Lovely staff and Clean location! thank you for the great service and providing bathrooms with real doors. I could tell the young lady that served me breakfast was happy and a pleasure not only to me but all the other guests waiting. I loved the seating here too!

My grandson loves the chicken McNuggets and loves McDonald’s. I give him a treat every once in a while. I got the frozen drink and it was fantastic. The employees and service staff are great

Perfect hamburger and nice staff.

I try to stay away, but was craving a Filet-O-Fish meal deal. I haven't gone for a long time because I don't like eating in my car. Inside is now open. It was super busy! 2 long lines for take out and a line inside. One employee was helping put in orders at the kiosk as well delivering to the tables. There was also ordering at the counter. Considering how busy it was, orders came out quickly and hot!👍

Always come here before my son's evening appointment every other week. I go through the drive through and even if there's a line that's hardly ever a wait and the fries are always hot, so what more can you want? Customer care is great too!

Gladys was the best counter person! She brought our food to us while singing. It was a delight to meet her! She was professiona; we enjoyed her quick & friendly service.

This evening the staff were super polite, accurate and clear. I really appreciated the promptness and service. Great job!

New ordering kiosks that are so easy to use my 3 yo child ordered by themselves.
Personal attention that made it feel like a more like a sit-down restaurant; including my order being delivered to the table.

I like the locations where I don't have to socialize with anyone. Order and pay on the app. Park at a numbered spot, get my food and just say thank you.
The order was correct, so an easy 5 stars

Great staff and management. Great service and food. I had the new burger from Spain and they accidentally used the wrong type of bun. The manager noticed without me saying anything and gave me two free burger meals for future use at any of their franchises. Awesome!

Sat inside for breakfast and had to kill time waiting for my truck to get fixed. The workers were super friendly and quick. They didn't mind me sitting forever, food was great and fresh, I wish all food places were run like this!

Employees wear masks properly over their noses. They have all followed CDC guidelines at all of my evening drive-thru visits. Because of this, I have been exclusively stopping by after my night job. Another fast food chain was not enforcing the masks over the nose policy so I stopped going there and stayed safe with McDonald's.

Friendly staff always ready to help. Not a big fan of the new burgers they are using. They have yet to figure out how to cook them properly. But that is a corporate decision not the individual restaurant.
