Great Wendy's. Super friendly staff--looked happy. Very clean facilities. Bathroom was spotless. Food was great, looked exactly like the advertisements. Was unbelievable! Had a great experience!

First time in a long time fast food was made hot and ready the way it's supposed to be. When you order it. Great job Wendy's. Its was Amazing. Definitely coming back. Normally dont say that.

Ordered food from the drive thru. The Lady was super nice.

Medium orange soda with light ice, chicken sandwich, Jr bacon cheese burger with no tomato.

Perfect snack.

Other Wendy's locations leave much to be desired. At this Maplewood location, my food is always gently placed in the bag, there's minimal waiting at the drive-thru, the food is perfect, sandwich not squished, fries with the perfect amount of crisp and salt, chicken nuggets cooked thoroughly, someone should find out what they're doing differently here!

I really enjoy the customer service there and the food is not stale.The food is great.

I saw one of Wendy's many Baconator commercials that have been on repeat recently and I had a craving for one.

This location's Baconator did not disappoint! It looked like the one on TV and the menu. It tasted delicious!

The staff at the window was friendly and my order was correct. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Always have fresh food, crispy bacon and crispy fries. Order can sometimes get messed up but it’s rare. They do an amazing job at this location. Definitely would recommend.

Writing this because fast food and service workers don’t get as much appreciation as they deserve. Sent my son to this location to get me 1 mango lemonade and one straw lemonade both no ice. (I mix them together in a large cup,so good!) they both had ice. I called and the last I talked to was so nice and sweet. Said I can come get them replaced whenever. Went there a hr later to be greeted by the very sweet and friendly young lady with long beautiful braids. I went in cause the drive thru was long. Not sure if they we’re short staffed but regardless of any of that this young lady had a smile on her face and was happy to fix the problem for me, all while covering drive thru and the front. I appreciate that so much especially being in the service industry for over 30 years it’s just nice to be appreciated sometimes.

Used the app to order, was pretty easy. The food was on point, I'm not a huge fan of their fries but they were made how they normally are, it's just my preference that is different. The staff was fairly friendly, although my interactions were brief. Place was pretty clean.

Good place to eat and meet your buddy's.

12/29/2018 11:05 p.m. Super speedy and super friendly service. The gal who took the order was very nice and the guy, (think he was a manager) who handed me my food and sauces was so sweet. Great job all around service, food was piping hot and super fast! Keep up the great work!

Wendy's is a plus but the customer service is Baker's because when you walk in they just stare at you with blank stairs there's no warmth at all and I think that's a key element and any restaurant store business you go into you wanna feel like they want you there it's what I'm saying.

Best wendys ever. My cars brake line burst in the drive thru and when I went in to ask the manager if I could leave my car overnight he already knew I was having problems and without hesitation said yes, and even gave me a free drink. Coolest person ever, and the foods good too :))

Just wanted to give Jenny and her team. The best review I can. They gave me great customer service, she listened and was very helpful and polite. Thanks Wendy's, keep up the good work Jenny.

The employees were very friendly & helpful. The food was awesome & the restaurant was very nice and very clean.

Best fries around, and the burgers are great. Super friendly staff also.
