Things have gotten better in the last couple of months service is much better people are more willing to do things to help each other out and the perscriptions forms are getting sent faster and able to be filled faster

I got tested Monday i think and they said i would have the results in 24/48 hours and it’s been a week and i still haven’t gotten a call back.

the only above 1 star review on here is from one of their doctors. that says enough. worst healthcare experience ever. had to demand my test results for covid after almost 6 days without hearing results. they dont even wear masks in their office. also never answer the phone. mentioned how i called when i went into the office and they said "we know you called" so i guess they knowingly sent me to voicemail 6 times within one hour. would give zero stars if possible

I've been out of a very important anti anxiety medication for several days now. I've called and texted them several times including leaving voicemails and I have gotten no response at all. I'm now stuck trying to find a new doctor to fill my prescription

At first the service was excellent no problem. One staff member is too lazy to fax rx to insurance company for mail order. Id give them 0 stars if this was an option

This is NOT an Urgent Care Facility. I had a chemical burn that needed immediate attention and was offered an appointment for seven hours later. Plus the receptionist was totally uncaring and had an attitude. Do not go here if you need Urgent Care.

They are horrible with not answering the phone. I called them 3 days in row and no one answered the phone not once still waiting on a call back..if you need to talk to a nurse this is not the place to call.

This place is a joke. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for my diabetes meds and have gotten nowhere.. Have to find a different doctor.

Lousy service. Had to call for three days and still hasn't filled my father's prescription. Dr.khafagi needs to get his priorities straight.

Couldn't fill prescriptions when needed. Now have to find new doctor...
