Rarely answers the phone. They aren't open the hours advertised. Quoted my price over the phone then it was $40 more when I showed up to pay. He claimed it was due to a ticket that the Secretary of State assured me is not on my record and no other agency I got quotes from could find. The person I spoke to at the Secretary of State's office implied his dishonesty stating "Insurance companies can do whatever they want".
