Target

I want to acknowledge exemplary customer service today. The woman who helped me at the service counter (petite, hispanic, approximately 5'3 - I believe her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful and friendly. I was actually helped by her twice, and one of the times was right before her lunch break so she was probably starving and yet she was still super patient and super helpful. I feel she went above and beyond. ....So Target: give her praise, give her a raise, clone her six times, and promote her because she is exactly who you want representing Target.

Although Target is usually exceptional with customer service, this particular store has struggled in the past with many employees seeming apathetic, unhelpful, and lackadaiscal. However, the handful of times I've been in the store lately (around the holidays) customer service has improved significantly and has become more efficient by all of the employees. If this is a result of new management and/or more mindful leadership, it's working and appreciated; so keep doing it 🙂

I have been coming to this Target location for over 4 years now. The employees are amazing there. There's literally nothing to complain about in this store. A++

This is my wife's favorite place to shop. I don't come in here personally as much as my wife but it's always very clean and I do enjoy these Starbucks in the entryway.

Target is much better that shopping at Walmart, better atmosphere and more help.

Love shopping at Target! Easy to order on the app, drive-up or ship. I don’t make too many returns but, they are always quick & simple. I also like that they honor the online price while in the store shopping.

I can usually find what I'm looking for, but this trip I took my granddaughter to get her uncles' Christmas gift. They didn't have the item in store so she got on line to purchase it. She did grab a gift card while we were there so it still worked out okay.

Friendly staff helped us retrieve purchase from back room and also assisted with loading into car. Manager helped us check out and honored the sales price, we greatly appreciated the service at this Target location. Thank you!

I had a fabulous customer experience! The cashier was so friendly and polite. I was able to easily find everything that I came for and even a few others that I didn't realize Target carried since my usual store doesn't. The store was clean. The customers were polite. Everyone properly social distanced and wore masks. And the greet by the hand baskets was exceptionally polite and friendly too!

The ease of ordering on my laptop and having last minute items I needed for Thanksgiving preparation was so appreciated. My designated pickup person had no problems. Yay Target!

Girls tried on clothes and loved the makeup isles found lots there they liked

The store was clean. Employees were cleaning everything: carts, checkouts, etc. Everyone kept there masks on aside from a few shoppers who had it down below his or her nose but i understand why the employees don't say anything. The check out was fast and easy. Even the Starbucks was fast, easy, and clean. I felt very safe and cared for.

I love the convenience of drive up ordering because I was in a hurry. The Target associates are very friendly and efficient. I've used the drive up ordering a few times and I've been able to get my orders immediately upon pulling into a parking space. The pick up process has taken less than 2 minutes each time.

The store is always clean, very friendly staff and has everything I need. I travel with a Emotional Support Animal being able to find everything in a short time means a lot to me. I have a lot of anxiety about being in a store. This Target is very calming for me. I park on the side so I can easily find my car and the layout of the store is great.

All associates were super nice and helpful. Store was very clean too.

I love this place. Even the returns, though more difficult than at Kohls (you could learn a thing or two from them - with your rewards program, too) I can't imagine going anywhere else.
