I love going here there nice had a wonderful student do my exam they talk you through everything there doing and I love that. Can't wait to go pick up my new glasses ❤❤

Very friendly and thorough staff! Best eye dr. I've ever been to by far! They had a lot of patience needing attention but they remained kind and professional and they never slacked on care!!

I have been going to Ferris State University eye center for over 10 years now and I have not once had any problems with them except yes my glasses do come in a little later than I would like but I know that there are back orders and sometimes things happen so other than that they honestly do deserve five stars.

It has to be the best place to get your eyes checked! Everyone is so nice and fun to be with. They let you do a lot of fun things! One time I played wii with my eye doctor and a eye game on the computer with another! They are truly amazing. I am truly madly deeply in love with this place! (sorry had to quote 1D there) If I had to recommend any eye center I would recommend this one

We go to Ferris State University's Eye Center for my son's vision therapy and our eye exams as well as to get glasses and contacts. Frame selection could be better but customer service is great. The therapy program is the best around.

They were very thorough during my exam. My glasses and prescription was spot on the first time! I was very happy with them!

Great customer service! The glasses they gave me had a different color clip, but the fixed the problem!

At first I was terribly disappointed with my new glasses. They did not fit what so ever, they looked awful. They were so kind and understanding. They let me pick out a new frame, and now they look great!

They do super well with kids

Took over 7 weeks to get my glasses, customer service is good, but that's about it.

Took my daughter in for an exam appointment was at 3 didnt get done til after 6 I have never been in any office where a basic exam takes over 3 hrs

Absolutely a scam. Came here to get a prescription specifically so I could order glasses online, was very up front about it, asked specifically for my PD to be included on my prescription for that purpose, paid the extra fee, and was stupid enough to trust them. Should've double checked my prescription before I left! They didn't include the PD, made no record of the measurement, and the manager called me a liar when I called to ask for it! Said I didn't pay for it when I know I did! Butof cpurse they didnt offer to show me the record and prove it. 🤔 Very disappointed and will no longer be recommending them. Total scam and waste of time and money.

Edit: I found out that the last website I used to order glasses actually saved my prescription.... WITH THE PD ON IT! So to the office manager who accused me of lying, and said they never measured my PD, I can prove it. I'm happy to email the screenshot.

I've never had such poor quality frames. I went through two frames in 6 months and yes I was careful with them. My first frame fell apart while I was walking through a store. After the second frame fell apart the same way I ended up having to get glasses made elsewhere. I've worn glasses for more than 40 years and have never had such a bad experience

Eye exam was very good! Eye glass ordering took two weeks, called several times, more interested in new customers, not existing customers, prices are not competitive, asked to call when they came in, didn’t call! Will not go back again. Huge disappointment. Recommend you go elsewhere!
