Doug saved me today!! My car battery died as soon as I turned my car off after pulling into the parking lot and Doug was very kind and switched my battery out for me! He was awesome!!

Lucas White did an awesome job helping me and my boyfriend out with his check engine light! He was very personable and made it super quick! He also had clear communication on what our next steps should be. Thank you, Lucas!

Today I needed a Right front bulb replacement for my 2019 impala. I stopped in at Grand Blanc autozone and was helped by Doug, while he was explaining to me how to install the bulb myself, I asked him would he help me, with no hesitation he said yes. Thank you for being friendly and taking the time to help me.

These guys are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help you work through whatever issue your vehicle is encountering. Never had a single bad experience working with the employees here and I've always felt that they went way above and beyond the normal service you would receive at most auto parts stores and are a shining example of how any AutoZone should be operated.
