The taco bell in Pekin is the best one I've ever been in. The staff shows incredible team work while pumping the orders out very fast! Had to acknowledge the whole crew... Great job to them all!! Signed, a Doordashian

This food was so good. this is the first review I have ever written so yk I mean business it was so good. My boyfriend and I got two $5 cravings boxes, and omg they were banging. We went through the drive through, the staff was super polite and we were in line for at most 3 minutes honestly. The food was SUPER quick. I open the box, and eat my chalupa first. Omg I've never had a chalupa but it was amazing. Then I tackle my taco (I got a soft shell). That thang was thanging okay? It hit THE SPOT. I was full from those, so I saved my burrito for the ride home. It also came with cinnamon twists, which I thought I didn't like, but turns out I LOVE them. they were nice and warm and everything was cooked to perfection. Can I just say how AMAZING it was for them to give us a whole baggg of hot sauce??? I have NEVER gotten this from McDonald's or any other restaurant, not to mention the prices... I can drop at least 30 bucks on my boyfriend and I for one meal each at McD's. I only spend 11 DOLLARS (TAX INCLUDED) on these DELICIOUS cravings boxes. The boxes also came with a drink so yk I had to get a Baja blast. It was FANTASTIC. Taco bell has changed my life. It's now my go 2 restaurant. (Also their food doesn't make my stomach hurt, and I have a VERY sensitive stomach). If you are reading this and are wondering why tf I took so much time out of my day to write this incredibly long review, I've got a few things to say to you. I was already having kind of a low day, I didn't feel good. This tacobell knight in shining armor saved my day. This tacobell has like 3.7 stars too and I think that's crazy. My McD's has a higher rating and it smells like cat pee and BO in there. I never knew good customer service until I went here. You might say it's the bare minimum, but I don't care. I would also like to say that putting in rewards on the app is SO much easier than McDonald's or any other app I've had. I got 100 points for spending like 10 dollars!!! Additionally, they r open until like 1am and that is amazing for me for the late night runs. Also, their sign said that they're hiring for 15 bucks an hour and I think that's wild. TacoBell if ur reading this I want to work here.

Food order was correct, hot, and tasted delicious. Placed Mobile order, picked up and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes

This place is really good. I've gotten the same thing every saturday and they always drop fresh potatoes for me when I come in. The few times an order has been wrong, they'd fixed it and been very kind about it. They discontinued the $5 nacho box, but I do still go with the number 5 every day.

Been going here and one of my favorite fast food places since I was a teenager!!! Love it!!!

On point every single time we go!!! Even though they did forget my side of sour cream last time, but the food was super hot and made the way it should. Definitely appreciate that! Huge thank you to the cook!!!

Went through the drive thru. The attendant was very nice and polite.

New lava sauce is great. Staff was overly apologetic for us having to wait while they gave us Sides of the sauce. Hard workers. Great teamwork in the kitchen.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was good and drive through line moved quickly.

So I understand there are some taco bells that don't know how to make a crunchwrap, but honestly never had a bad one here at the pekin one! Never had a bad track or burrito or just order either! Staff has always been pretty good here as well. Keep it up track bell! 🌮 🔔

Food was good. Fast. Mobile order was quick and easy. Needs a more energetic happy atmosphere though.

We had a big order...🌮🌯. The order was right, and everything was good. They forgot the Hot sauce but it was ok...I really like using my own big bottle of Frank's Red Hot🌶 anyways 💥. 😎

Taco Bell has been very clean dealing with the virus with its customers and own staff. Considering all the extra cleaning they still get quality food and friendly fast service out the drive thru windows. They are doing a great job!

Dont let the line scare you away. These kids keep it moving! There were 4 cars ahead of me today and i barely had time to count change from the console to pay before i got to the pay window! Good job!
*I take it all back. Standing here AGAIN for 5 mins or longer waiting to be acknowledged. This place sucks. I feel sorry for a $85/hr labor cost putting out $15 worth of food per hour! Pathetic!!!!

This Taco Bell is awesome! I went there a few weeks ago and got someone else’s order. Since I was just a few streets down I called. The manager said I could keep all that food plus they would make my order fresh. On top of that, she wrote my name on a card that I could get the same meal for free a week later and she sent me home with free churros for my kids! You guys are awesome and you have my vote! I’m coming here only for Taco Bell!
