McDonald's

This is by far my favorite location to go to for McDonald’s. Every time I go there my sandwich is not smashed in and is actually seasoned. They are fast and efficient. If they don’t have what I ordered in stock they usually work with me which is amazing. The other McDonald’s need to take note because when it looks like someone hulk smashed my burger it’s not very pleasant haha.

I witnessed staff go above and beyond. I ate my food and witnessed friendly service to each customer, and an elderly man ordered something and sat down, as they brought his food out they realized he didn’t have a drink and kindly asked him what he would like to drink and went and got it for him and brought it over to him. It was nice to see.

I cane for some coffee drinks and they sent me to a parking spot to wait. I had paid extra for toppings. An angsty young worker with dyed black hair and multiple dangly nose piercings brought us our drinks and made no eye contact and said nothing before walking away. I immediately noticed the drinks were wrongful not even a bit of of surprise to me and wanted names of the people ut I was just like living in the middle middle the ocean these minnows are in a good ⁵112since she had run off, i had nonchoice but to walk in or accept my wrong drinks and take a loss on my $. I pulled up my order on the app to make sure I had ordered them correctly and paid. I went inside and smiled at her and showed her what i had ordered and asked if they could add my toppings. She rolled her eyes and walked away from me, saying nothing. I had no idea why she left me standing there. A kinder manager saw the interaction and apologised for her rude worker. I felt like I had done something wrong based on the workers reaction. After a minute the rude girl came back and slapped the new drinks on the counter in front of me, once again, noneye contact, no apology for making them wrong and inconveniencing us, no dialouge whatsoever. I cant help but feel like I did something to upset this girl, but i was overly polite, paid for my food, and didnt even get upset over the mistake. Clearly something was wrong with her, but she be taking her bad attitude out on loyal customers. I cannot believe this is how folks treat their customers in 2023.

There are chicken sandwiches are getting better

I'm not as upset as I could be that my family sometimes had their orders screwed up. This restaurant is still the best place to go when you have neither the time nor money to sit down and eat at somewhere fancy. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and the food was always top-notch.

It's McDonald's but the ice cream machine worked

Currently the workers are really polite and usually they don't try to rush you through your order I usually prefer this location of McDonald's in Pekin over the other.

I went through the drive thru, employees were polite...only ordered a sweet tea with extra ice, but they got it right...ya, I know, but surprisingly, other McD's doesn't always.

There are two restaurants that are superb in hot food, quick service, friendly employees and helpful.
This is #1, and North Pekin is #2.
The one by the downtown area should be closed permanently.
Terrible service, loooooooooooong waits in the drive thru just to have to wait because the bacon or fries need to be cooked.This Manager and Asst's should be fired.
Bad management and employees are not trained well.Corporate should be contacted.

line was fast in drive-thru. Employees were friendly food was hot and we were satisfied only had to wait for our food for maybe 2 minutes tops

I ordered a new combo meal which was called the big Mac pack. You get 2 big Macs, 2 of the 10 piece nuggets and 2 medium fries. With tax it was only around $18. What a deal!!

Everyone was very friendly !!! Thw young woman who handed me my frappe' gave a big smile, leaned forward, & said, "I made this with special love !!!" We were perfect strangers & it made my day!!!

My mobile order was acting wonky and Candace in drive thru was a doll. Helped me out with the order and got me going super fast. I love this location. ❤

We always do special orders. It's always been accurate

Always messing up but always make right fresh and hot and to perfection got a nice team working here no wait times

Best McDonalds ever!! The sweet tea is to die for. Wish I could get a gallon of it!

Great place to eat. Came here on January 15 for off campus lunch during school. Really made my day
