Visiting Savanna and Fulton area. The motel was right in between both towns. It was very convenient. The room was affordable and clean which was surprising due to the price and area. I was able to check the room before checking in. I am happy with my stay and will visit again.

The manager is the friendliest, most helpful guy I've encountered at any hotel. It's quiet, pets are allowed to stay, the room is clean. The location is great! I've never seen a bug. I'd recommend staying here.

The new manager is a wonderful guy. He's very helpful, nice and takes care of the property. The rooms are spacious and clean, I've never seen a bug EVER. The location is conveniently located between Clinton and Savanna.

The owner brad was super nice & helpful. We got lots of free snacks (water, instant noodles, chips, bars & Sunny d) & our room was very clean. Brad even met us at our room to make sure we got in okay. The sheets were soft & the bed & pillows were firm. We also got a free upgrade to the larger king size room with the jacuzzi which was very spacious. Hot shower with good pressure. It was a great room for the price and we got wonderful service. A good place to rest on our way to camping. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

If you're looking for a high class place, you wont find it here BUT you will find a very clean place and some of the best hospitality I've ever seen. We booked a suite with a Jacuzzi Saturday night and the gentleman at check in was awesome! Easy check in, had us grab some waters, some Sunny D for the morning and a couple bags of chips to take to our room with us. When we went to leave in the morning, he went and put a towel on our Harley to wipe the dew off. I was highly impressed with this place and will definitely be our one stop shop next time we are in that area!!

An absolute gem of a place to stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The owner is the nicest man ever. He provides free water and snacks and places a towel on your bike in the morning. We have stayed here a couple times now and would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed two nights over the July 4th weekend and our room was nice and clean. The owner was very nice and he supplied water and snacks every day. My husband liked that he put a clean towel on our bike in the morning so he could clean it up. We would definitely stay there again.

Owner was so helpful..prices are beyond reasonable. Room was clean and ac was on and refreshing when we arrived. Owner walked over minutes after check in to ask if all was well.. Woke up to towels to wipe our bikes in the morning. Free water and snacks in office. If you're in the area, would highly recommend. Not the Ritz, but great value for the price

The management and front desk were way above nice and helpful. We are currently in room 34 and the room is very clean and smells really nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and tub and shower were nice and super clean. I've traveled on the railroad for the last 16 years staying in motels and I honestly have to say for the price this place can't be beat. The resteraunt next door has really good food as well especially if you like fish and chicken. Thank you Knights Inn Thomson, IL.

Stayed here many times when visiting the Savanna and Galena area. Rooms was clean and definitely a money saver with the prices in Galena area. Same owner as we remember him. He always treated us great. Thank you

We had a lovely time at this clean and private hotel. We rented the suite with the spa tub. We found it to be a great value for the money. The only person we spoke to was gracious and accommodating. It was centrally located for our plans and we found it to be quaint and intimate, however I should note we are down to earth blue collar folks and enjoy modest accommodations and prices.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. It is a little far from town but worth it. Great Staff, good price, very friendly, clean, comfortable and accommodating. They even put towels on our bikes in the morning to wipe off the dew. That's how you win the bikers over!

Very reasonable and friendly owner. Room was clean an he does not invade your personal space. I haven't been to very many motels that offer you a bottled water, soup,and snacks. The owner is very nice and accommodating

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. We were on a motorcycle trip and it rained early in the morning the staff left towels on our bikes to dry them off. Great place we would definitely stay there again.

Good, affordable place to stay. I needed a hotel room on short notice, most everywhere else was booked or charging an arm and a leg. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very well priced. I'd stay here again any time. As other reviewer noted, outsiders should avoid the bar next door, which is not connected with the hotel. Travelers are very unwelcome there.

We were only here one night. 🌙 so I don't have my usual long winded review....but my check in was quick and cheerful...my room was clean and in order. Everything was appropriate. It met my needs for the night. Not much in Thomson for the traveler...a few bars and slots places...only one restaurant that I could find...best meal that we found was Casey's gas station 🍕 pizza.

Best hotel I saw in the area. Rooms seemed like they had been recently remodeled. Staff was very helpful and there is a bar and restaurant on-site. The rooms had a microwave, fridge, and a table to sit at. Biker friendly with group discounts. Also put a towel on each bike in the morning to wipe them down.

Would rate 10 if I could, very clean and accommodating. Owners are extremely nice, rooms are roomy, clean, and smell fresh! Great rate for spending the week in town. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time I come into town.

My esteemed wife and I decided to take a break from our pedestrian, sheltered lives, and visit one of the brilliant pulses of America’s heartland: Thomson, IL. When we arrived at our lodging for the evening, we were treated to a most wonderful game. Instead of checking in at a front desk like some sort of peasant, we were tasked with searching for our key. The concierge contacted me via telephone, and the search was on! He asked for my credit card information, but I played it coy. I didn’t want to get into our room that easily. We were then told to visit room 27, and look for our key in the drawer underneath the television. “What sport!” I thought. I opened the drawer, and there it was but the search wasn’t over yet. I gave the man my credit card information, and our transaction was thought to be completed. I hung up, and we began to bring in our earthly possessions. My cellular telephone then rang again! What fun! The concierge informed us that despite leaving the key in room 27, we were actually staying in room 37. So sneaky! We laughed.

Upon entering our room. We realized that this truly was a place befit for royalty. A must in the air greeted us like an old friend, and a small hole in the wall made us feel like a guardian angel would be watching over us throughout our stay. The peeling wall paper, showing the graceful age of the locale. The spattered telephone, with what we believe to be an extremely affordable ravioli. The deadbolt on the door, missing only half of its mechanism. A slightly glittered arm chair sitting next to the door, fulfilling its purpose as both a method of relaxation and a barricade. I could go on about the many wonderful amenities at the executive inn, but alas it’s time to discuss its true strength: proximity.

Some lesser establishments would boast of their proximity to nearby towns, sporting arenas, or natural wonders. Upon exiting our vehicle, we were treated to the views of a most intriguing place. Lights as far as the eye could see, towers perched upon a rolling berm, and walls that could even make the greatest dictators blush. “A calaboose!” we thought. All of sudden it clicked. This was no mere pillow to place our weary heads, but a prime perch to view our comrades in the midst of their rehabilitation. Maybe this place could be seen as a relaxing haven for those looking to wait for the release of their kin, or for a romantic rendezvous? As the sun rose, and a wink of sleep barely earned, we looked upon our rented throne room and asked ourselves “do we deserve to return to this well-worn abode?” Only time will tell.

This hotel is super dope! Best vibes and good pricing. We had pink pillows and sheets :) The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, he delivered iced when we requested. I recommend this to everyone.
