I got into a car accident and went through the other drivers insurance to repair my vehicle. They recommended Quality Auto Rebuilders. Who? I have driven by their business a million times. But, you don’t know what you don’t need. The insurance company wanted me to go through these guys or two others for the body work. Never been there, but they are in Marion. I live in Marion, so Marion it is. Went in for my estimate. Wow! Easy peezy. Appointment was a week out. It took three days to get my car back looking snazzy. This was the best experience for a bad event. Thank you so much for your expertise, caring customer service and keeping me informed every step. Definitely A-1 in my book!

I’ve used Quality Auto Rebuilders for two repairs to my van now, most recently when I hit a deer. The service they provide is always top-notch! What’s most convenient is the support they provide in dealing with insurance companies so I don’t have to. My vehicle always comes out looking brand new! I will always use them if needed!

Chose Quality for an insurance covered repair. Mike at Quality Auto was great to work with. communicative, upfront, flexible. The short visits i had with other staff were also great. When my repair was done, they gave the car a nice exterior wash and interior wipe down. I kept the old bumper and they loaded me right up no problem. Looking at the invoice, their prices are fair and straight forward. Shop was clean and well organized. I will definitely try them first for my next repair job.

Quality is in the very core of what this place is, they will send your vehicle back out to you in much better and cleaner condition then you took it in! There attention to detail is meticulous. You'll be hard pressed to ever find any paint match issues, or body fitment problems. The staff is top notch and will treat you like you're they're own family. They will address your concerns and keep you updated throughout the entire repair process, should you have any questions when you call you'll reach a friendly advisor rather than an answering service. There is not a shop in town that i'd trust more to repair my vehicle than Quality. Great job Guys!!!

Falstaff we're very professional. They set up my appointment in a very timely manner when I dropped my vehicle off. They were ready to work on it and they had a loner car for me with a full tank of gas and ready to go, they called me when my vehicle was ready. Quality Auto took great care of my vehicle after an accident and it looks like nothing ever happened! They also provided great customer service and Gavin checked in with me every other day with updates. Quality Auto fixed both our vehicles in the last couple weeks. They replaced the windshield on our Escape and did a great job.

They fixed our Honda Accord after a small fender bender as well. Gavin did a fantastic job and it looks good as new. They worked with our insurance company and made the whole process simple. Gavin was also able to get OEM parts and the vendor to price match.

In addition they had a fast turn around time for both vehicles. My husband and I are both super happy with their work. The whole process went seamlessly.

Gavin was very through investigating the damage. He kept us informed about the progress. They can both the body repair and any mechanical repair needed. The car looks great. I'd recommend Quality to anyone.

Could possibly be the best customer service I’ve ever received. Completely went out of their way to help my family taking care of everything, making our repair process stress free. Derek along with the gals at the front desk did more than I could have asked of them. Highly recommend them in the unfortunate circumstances where their services would be needed.

Excellent service from start to finish! Easy estimate and explained by a very nice & knowledgeable guy. Rear 1/4 panel @ rear door damage. Fixed and picked up 3 days after drop off. Looked great and could not notice anything happened. I will use Quality again if ever needed and do recommend them highly.

I recently had my car repaired at Quality Auto Rebuilders in Marion, IA. A previous repair, done several years ago by another body shop in Wisconsin, yielded peeling paint and blistering top coat!
Quality Auto was recommended to me and I was so pleased my insurance company was willing to work with them to have my car repaired!
The work Quality Auto did, FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! The new finish is better than new! They took great care in preparing the surface for the new paint! I truly was speechless at the quality of the job done! The office staff is amazing and great to work with, as well! In addition, I was thankful to receive the use of a late model loaner, that was in excellent condition! I was grateful for reliable transportation in the interum of the repair which only took about 1 1/2 WEEKS! Very quick turn around…I simply cannot say enough! This time it was my back bumper that was affected! Although not an overly extensive repair needed, they continue to impress me beyond my wildest expectations! So professional. So knowledgeable.
