This gym is a life changer! The workouts are super unique and challenging. Love the whole "tire" theme and how they are incorporated into all the workouts. It is a great, positive and fun place!!

Fun way to workout that never gets boring or repetitive. There are tons of class times throughout the day, so I can always find one that fits into my schedule. The trainers are all amazing and welcoming, and you won’t regret choosing Tire Trained.
