Jack's

My husband bought us breakfast on Valentine's Day (2-14-24). I picked it up through the drive-thru. Their service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The biscuits were even heart shaped. Thank you to the crew that worked today!

The customer service at this restaurant is amazing. My mother-in-law is spending some time with us, she's from the Smith lake area, she always wants to eat at our EL JACK'S food is always fresh. We went thru the drive thru her card wouldn't work the chip was damaged, it was closing time, they waited for us to go down the street to the convenience store to get cash from the ATM, that didn't work, she wanted to go back and see if they could type the number in. She called and let them hear that she had money in her account, they just gave her the food and told her to have a nice evening. So thank you JACK'S for making her night. That was the 1st time she had been able to get out of the house in a few months. #kindness #nice gesture's #eating at JACK'S in ur 70's #

Great burgers and chicken fingers! It is always refreshing to have some Jack's! Great folk working and great food being made fresh.

First time to eat there. Food was outstanding. Some of the best chicken tenders i have ever eaten, and i love chicken tenders

Best double gravy biscuit there is on the longest road in Alabama, 24. Service was great with a "Have a blessed day" to top it off. I was in the drive through.

They weren't super busy. I did go in because the I was redeeming a meal using the Jacks points I had accumulated. I had enough points to order 4 meals. I had been scanning my receipts and gathering points to take whole family out for free, but the manager politely explained that you can only redeem points 1 time using points every 3-4 hours, so I ended up ordering rest. But we still go, love the food selection and where they are located.

Everytime I've stopped there for food on the way to work, I've gotten great hot food. The service was good, and they've been quick. Wish the one closest to my home did as good as them.

Not sure what they've done or how they did it but, WOW !! Don't eat fast food much but Thursday last week, best dang Big Bacon I've had. Lots of bacon, FRESH 🍅, and lettuce , fries were DONE , service was great.
So, yesterday evening, stopped for chicken finger snack for my ol dawg. Got another Big Bacon combo just outta curiosity mostly.
Chicken was GOOD , ( Taste test for poochy lol ) was Done, not overcooked, fries perfect, service awesome, Burger perfect again.
There have been some changes somehow, I'd bet. Whatever it is/was , 👍 yall !!
Now for some breakfast.................

Saw a billboard advertising the Fried Green Tomato BLT and decided to give it a try as I came through Moulton, Alabama. The food was great, and the manager and staff were the friendliest, happiest employees I have encountered in a fast food restaurant in a long time.

We drove up at 9:59 pm tonight in the drive thru ..they close at 10 pm but they happily took our order and got the order correct. So 5 stars all day!

The bathrooms were clean! Yay! For a fast food restaurant, this was a nice surprise. Service was friendly. Our order was fulfilled quickly. And, oh my, that peach shake was so good!

Grabbed a milkshake on a hot day. My granddaughters first one. Now she is hooked.

So glad this Jack’s is here for long road trips with kids. The dining room and the restroom were very clean. They had high chairs and booster seats available. The ladies room had a clean changing table (Idk if the mens room had one, I hope so!) The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They sell breakfast biscuits, BLTs, and Blue Bell ice cream milk shakes, along with your standard fast food fare. Their sodas are Coke products.

Never heard of jacks until coming further south. Im from Indiana and we don't have jacks. Lol. But the food was really good. We'll definitely be coming back 😁

I don't think we have ever had a bad experience at this Jack's. The food is always hot and fresh here because they stay busy. Our favorite place to grab a quick bite on nights that I don't want to cook.
