LongHorn Steakhouse

Best Longhorn Steakhouse experience in a long time! I take clients to LongHorn often as they’re always reliably delicious and high end. Today was the first time I’ve had the white cheddar mushrooms and I will never not order them. They’re amazing. I got the salmon but ordered it blackened and it was the best salmon I’ve had in so long. Truly a great dining experience. Our waitress, Amy, was excellent. She was kind, professional, and welcoming. Kudos to her!

I loved all of the cowboy decor and I loved the lower lighting which is great when you have a migraine like I did the day we ate there for the 1st time.
Goodness, the waitress was great. We asked her what she liked & what most people ordered. We found her very nice & she kept our drinks filled and cleared away plates as needed.
The food was absolutely delicious & the portion sizes were big. I chose the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a Sweet Potato & Asparagus. I was only able to eat about half of my meal so I took the other half home to eat the next day.

We visited the Decatur location for the first time. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated immediately with no wait. We tried the Wild West Shrimp as an appetizer. The menu states "generous portion". Let me translate. It is a HUGE portion. Definitely shareable or you can have as an entree. Steaks were prepared as we ordered. My ribeye was spicier than I expected, but very tasty.

The service was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the bread and butter!! We went for my grandparents’ anniversary, and they got a birthday sundae to share!

My wife and I decided to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse in Decatur as our other favorite steakhouse in Decatur is closed on Monday. The whole experience from start to finish was great. This restaurant deserves a lot higher rating than it currently has on google.

Best meal I've had in a very long time!!! Awesome service , fantastic perfectly cooked and prepared. I just can't explain how tasty, savory and delicious t all was. Every single bite from appetizer to dessert!!!

We had a large party and some of our food was cold. The manager came over and apologized and gave each of us a discount. We eat there at least two or three times a month. This is the first time the food was cold. The waitress was very good.

Julia, the bartender, was the most amazing bartender ever !!!! Drinks were fantastic , service was second to none and the food was out of this world. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!!! We loved her !!!! We will definitely return to longhorns in Decatur!!!

Longhorn did the Food service tonight at Ingalls Pavilion and it was fabulous again. We had steak perfectly cook Medium Rare and Chicken that was awesome too. We also had baked potatoes and salad with it too and a fabulous cake for our SSAC Softball Championship Banquet. Thanks to all of the Longhorn crew. I hope you do our banquet for a third year in 2025

Nice atmosphere! The servers were very friendly and professional! My food was fresh and delicious!

The service was incredibly good grahm was our server and made sure all drinks were filled and the food didn’t disappoint

Absolutely loved our dinner. Everything was great and our waitress was very attentive. The Texas margaritas were spot on also. My ribye was tender, juicy and flavourful. Can't wait to go back.

I’ve been here twice and I must say each time it was a wonderful experience… their customer service is really good they get you seated quickly and it was great and I must say their appetizers their shrimps are my favorite omg mouth watering … Their steak are cooked to perfection just like it like it . They were pretty good and omg the bread is also my fav with the butter I always gets seconds lol but if your ever in their area you must stop by . 😊

Had a 30 minute wait for table of 2, was very organized and social distancing seemed to be very well practiced. They have replaced the outdated pager system with a text system, which also offers a link so show your place in line. Our server was quick and very knowledgeable even though she told us she was very new. She kept our drinks full, the bar drinks were quick, she was quick with the condiments, all of the food came out accurate, cooked to order, and very quickly. Looking around at other tables I noticed a dirty table was flipped within minutes and ready to be sat again. We started with the Wild West Shrimp, it was a good call on my behalf. I got the Outlaw, a 20 oz bone-in Ribeye steak that was cooked absolutely perfect. Was the perfect place for an anniversary/birthday date night!

the food & service was absolutely awesome! I recommend asking for Austin if you visit, he’s an amazing waiter! overall, our experience was great & we will definitely be coming back!! (for reference, I had the 9 oz. Parmesan Crusted Chicken with the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese & Ceaser Salad)

Food was fantastic, the waiter was slow,but he did a ok job.

Food was great, waitresses were slow and not in a rush and screaming kids. But, you can't beat that chicken crusted parmesan!

We had the best server, Nanette (sp)! Very busy night but she was on point with everything! Food was delicious, as always too. I had the Salmon, mom had the sirloin…no room left for dessert. Serving is a tough job in a tough industry. I did it for several years. Especially at this time of year, I hope everyone remembers how hard this industry is and treat your servers good 😊
