Walmart Supercenter

It was a pleasant one this trip I wasn't followed around like I was doin something other than shopping ( as I always do) and then aisle to check out had this cool cashier I wish I remembered her name she was very pleasant and talked to me about my day and not like that in your business type but in just conversation. It was a good wally world trip.

I enjoy going to this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, customers are kind and considerate. People greeting one another with smiles and helping hands. Ethnically diverse and harmoniously flowing. My best Walmart experiences have been in this location. Great job everybody!

Nice store with ,helpful,polite staff. Big selection. Loved that staff were not running around the store with overloaded carts to fill up for online shoppers. I hate that about many Walmarts ,because it makes it seem as if they don't give a hoot about live,in- store customers. But you don't feel that way here. I would definitely recommend. This store.

This Walmart location has several items other stores in the area don’t. so I like coming here when I’m in Decatur. The layout is also a plus, because some Walmarts can be a bit odd to navigate, thankfully this store is the typical format I’m used to. My only complaint is the parking lot feels more cramped than some other locations.

Tried to return a product without a receipt. They couldn't find it on their products in customer service, but the pharmacy found it. Wouldn't refund the money or gift card.

I know that Walmart gets a bad rep from time to time (there are times when it’s REALLY warranted). However, this time I would like to say thank you to Allison and every auto technician that assisted me on my vehicle. My tire size was not in stock any HSV location. After replacing one tire last week, I had to follow up to replace another. After calling many nearby locations I found them in Decatur. I talked to Allison and she not only checked the system to see if they had them she “put hands on them” to ensure that they had them. I appreciate that level of customer service, especially when driving 35+ miles on a spare to have it replaced. When getting here, I was treated like I mattered and that my safety was a concern. The check in tech (didn’t get his name) AGAIN made sure that the tire was in stock before completing the input of my service ticket. Cordarrell was engaging and attentive to every customer that approached the check out counter. Thank you all so very much.

We decided to celebrate everyone's birthday at 1 time. I went to Wal Mart to the bakery to pick out a cake. I found the perfect one. They even made it personalized for the occasion. Wal Mart is my go to to for grocery shopping.

When you can get an employee to help you they are very friendly and helpful.

Needed help at money services and I was having issues getting my info so it took longer than expected. That's no issue for me though because Breeze was great, chatted a little with him while I waited for my info to come through. Great kid, deserves a raise

Picked up at pharmacy , fast , efficient, friendly . Transferred rx from another Walmart location. Very fast in fact , transferred, filled within an hour

Going to be out of town for a minute and I wanted some fresh looking pajamas to take with me, found them! Perfectly priced for a tshirt and pull on pants at under eleven bucks! They are so cute too. Oh and I got a steal of a deal for straw, the last three bags for six dollars, reg $9.xx ea! ...woohoo, I was smiling! Got a boatload of potting soil for my greenstalk vertical planter and straw to add with compost I made last year to go on my no dig potatoes. I love Walmart and get the best deals...my garden is growing beautifully right now!

Good place to shop they don't make you feel like a thieves when you walk out like other walmarts

Big store with food cloths etc . Christmas time very busy food side is slacking on things but I still shop here

I arrived to a line of cars waiting. Finally got in a parking space at 207. Receive order at 245. I won't complain. I know they are busy. I appreciate that i don't have to go in and shop. And every time ive placed an order they have been very very nice. Five stars.

The store has a lot of departments to shop at. Love the popcorn chicken from the deli. These days, atleast 2+ self checkout machines take cash. Personally, I don't have high expectations for any store. Just a little side note to be nice to your cashiers. Be grateful there is even any to ring you up. They usually have many goodies on clearance too.
