I've ordered no. 5 on the menu before at other Jack's and the food was usually cold but at this Jack's I had to say was the best! My food was hot and good because someone paid attention to detail ! My order was right and the service was great !

I love the vanilla iced coffee.
My breakfast go to is the basic chicken biscuit. Lunch and / or dinner Is either a burger or chicken sandwich.
Food and service is always great

Just had a wonderful experience at Jack’s. Nothing “over the top,” just a pleasant exchange and a kind smile. Sometimes the smallest things are what mean the most. I believe her name was Paris. Thank you for your positive spirit and sweet smile. This Jacks always has lightning fast service and quality food. Well done, guys!

We stopped in to grab lunch, not only were they quick, the staff acted like they actually liked their job, which says a lot these days, PLUS the food was hot fresh and delicious!!! Thank You Paris for being so kind, your smile is contagious and is what more restaurant employees need😉

We recently got an order that wasn't the best! I called and Kelly (manager on duty) was super nice about it and even after they were closed she offered to fix it! We setup to receive the order the next day! It was the best and most enjoyable chicken box we have ever had there. She made everything fresh for my family and I! Thank you Kelly they are lucky to have you. You definitely made things better and we will definitely be coming back!

The location on 72 is the best there is! Clean, food was hot and fresh. The chocolate shake was so good! Get the chicken fingers with ranch - so good!! Nothing beats homemade ranch!! The manager is friendly and the staff work as a great team! Be patient if the line is out the door - the wait is worth it!

9....the food was great ! Service was outstanding! The lady at the window was wonderful!!!!! She was extremely patient and friendly.... loved it! Best customer service I’ve had in this last past couple of months from any fast food restaurants!!

This jacks has the best service. They are always super fast, and super friendly. The food is hot and good or whatever, but I can get a cheeseburger at 6 different drive troughs on this street. I come here because they have the customer service of chickfilet without the line. And I always see the manager working really hard. Good job, bro.

Service is quick and staff is very friendly. Food is always hot and tastes great! Other locations in the area need to follow their lead, because this one by far is the best.

Every Saturday my Dad and I go to get breakfast and for the past decade or so we have gone to McDonald's, however after COVID hit we switched to Jack's and it couldn't have been a better decision. The food is amazing and the biscuits and gravy are especially good in the morning. I highly recommend trying it.

The location on 72 near Hughes Rd is always great! Freshly cooked food and wonderful customer service!! I can't figure out how to add an additional review so I'm just adding to this one- I came through the drive thru 5 minutes before closing time and the employees were amazing accommodating me with my order even though I know they were ready to close up shop! Jaylen was wonderful along with the other staff that I didn't get them names of. I normally don't go somewhere right before they close but I was craving their chicken and the strawberry/cream cheese and blueberry/cream cheese pies!! Everyone go show them some love, you will definitely receive love and top notch customer service!!!

I really liked the food. The service was friendly. It was my first time. So I tried the Boneless wings, Tenders and the Fries 🍟. It's always important to me to have hot fries and they did it right ! It was all tasty ! I will try them again while I'm in the area and then I'll also get a hand scooped Shake. 😋😁

Pick-up/delivery the order was ready once I arrived and no wait at all. This location is usually very on point and I recommend giving them a visit. 😊~Ciao

This is my local chicken place! Yep me and my sons have been eating there for decade and we only eat chicken!
And of course they're delicious milkshakes!
if you ask nice they'll make you a creamsicle milkshake.

Guess I'm not sure why this place never has people waiting cause I love this food! Everywhere else has lines around the corner. Oh well, y'all keep going other places please!

Our Mount Zion Baptist church Sunday school class meets at Jack's each month for a fellowship breakfast. Their breakfast foods are very good, so is the coffee. Service is real fast & orders are correct. I like forward to each meeting at Jack's.

My visit was 35 minutes 😃 Wonderful service!!! EVERYONE was so nice and kind. The dining room was SPOTLESS!!!! Periodically, a employee would stop by my table to make sure everything was okay. 😃😃😃 Loved my visit!!! Great restaurant. Great service. Great people!!!!
