Regions Bank

This branch is one of those banks that reminds me of my hometown bank where everyone knew me and everyone cared. Multiple associates to brag on here, but I will keep it condensed to the branch as a whole. I cash my checks here every week, and finally opened an account due to their friendly service and I am glad I did. They are always ready to help out and do what is necessary to make sure you benefit the most. I can’t speak for all Regions branches, however, this branch is the one I call home and it is simply because of their excellence.

Set up a new business account. Ms. Hanna Johnson was our banker. She was genuinely interested in discovering our needs and was extremely competent in establishing our accounts. She is a real asset for Regions.

I talked to Alyssa on the phone about an issue, she resolved the issue and was a huge help! Thank you Alyssa and Madison Blvd management team you guys are awesome!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the front doors. The Branch Manager(Ms KaNesha) was extremely patient, knowledgeable & very thorough with me. I had several questions regarding Trust Accounts, which type of Checking/Savings Account would best fit me, which size Safety Deposit Box would best fit for the amount of legal paperwork I needed to store and which type of checking account would best fit my College age son. I had several more questions but I cannot remember them all at this very moment. I Definitely would recommend the Madison Boulevard in Madison, AL Branch!!

Very friendly! I needed to fix something with my savings account and the advisor was so helpful, helped me fix everything and more! She gave me great advice and even helped me set up a savings goal! She told me if I ever had questions to come in anytime and she’d be more than happy to help me!

Friendly and helpful, but there was a long line for the teller

One teller open with A customer requiring excessive help. Five people in line. Two other employees standing chatting at a desk. Went through the drive-through With no one in line but was signaled to give the teller one minute while she organized some boxes.

This has GOT to be the SLOWEST bank in the area. Very friendly staff, but way understaffed. Almost every time I come in here, there is only one person working at the counter with 3 or 4 people working in the bank total. Almost always 2-3 people waiting in line to be helped. Figure it out Regions.

Apparently, there are new employees at this location that lack professionalism, knowledge of company policy and/or the ability to effectively communicate information. Unfortunately, I don’t have her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and she refused to give me her name or the managers’ name.
My her experience with her reminds me that often times when people don’t know the answer to something, they’d opt to deflect or have an attitude instead…. Ignorance is never an excuse for poor attitudes.

Terrible service! I called because I was having an issue transferring money between my new accounts. Guy told me it was an issue for customer service and had me transferred where I waiting over 30 mins until I hung up. The guy at this branch didnt even bother to look at my account to see if he could help! I called the North Madison branch on Hwy 72 and the guy was SO NICE! He instantly helped me and reviewed my account and saw the issue. He fixed it and I was on my way to do what I needed to do! It's all about the person you reach!

Extremely poor service. A fraudulent check with no signatures was cashed by the “Regions Bank”. Yes, we do have to show driver’s license, they check the date, signature, etc. BUT REGIONS CASHED A BOGUS CHECK WITHOUT ANY SIGNATURES.

Frauds do happen, but the bank has no training for the employees to handle these issues.

Multiple emails, numerous telephone calls, multiple visits to the branch, multiple calls to regions and still going on.

Staff tries to help, but Regions has extremely poor management, resulting in below average help.

Yes, they have great individuals but a poorly designed system, where you have to explain your case in every call to every representative, every bank employee. They just have no knowledge how a fraudulent check can hurt a business, and the blame goes to “ Regions”.

Very poorly done “ REGIONS”

Terribly slow and the worst regions in the huntsville/madison area. 5 people standing in line and only one cashier mean while all the managers and/or other employees are on their phones doing nothing just staring at us. This store needs new management. Who ever is in charge needs fired

Train more than 1 person on international wire transfers - waited 35 minutes in line to be told they can no longer be done at the counter (Brianna quit) and I would have to wait another 30 minutes for Nick to be available.

They go above and beyond for who they want and who they know. They even told me they could help me if they knew me but I'm new to Alabama so I don't know anyone
