Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

New store with great staff. Mario and Brandon took good care of my paint order and helped me get it to the truck too. Conveniently located just off Madison Blvd, this is a solid location for your painting needs.

Fantastic customer service. Bryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. They are pricier than I anticipated compared to Home Depot but the quality of product is better and the customer service makes it worth it in my opinion. Another perk is they set up an account for you, so your paint colors save in their system. Bryan also gave me a military discount! Will be coming here from now on.

I came in today and was very impressed by the employee that helped me.
I needed to color match some paint.
She was able to help me figure out what line of paint, sheen, and how to repaint a wall for touch ups.
I would recommend anyone to come to Sherwin Williams.
Especially if the young woman from 9-26 is there.

My wife and I went In Saturday afternoon to get some paint didn’t really know what to get and Mrs.Norma helped us choose the right paint and product, really appreciate her and recommend her 100%.

Wilson and Kelvin were outstanding. I had a large sample order followed by a news for ultra deep paints. The store didn’t have it but Kelvin called another store to have them pull and hold the base for me. Definitely one of the best Sherwin’s I’ve been to. It’s also very clean and well stocked.

We need more Brandons! He acknowledged me when I came in, helped me get a large sample piece in and out of the store and matched the color perfectly. He was polite, professional and patient with all the customers in the store.

Excellent customer service. I called from work to order some paint, and couldn't get anyone to answer. They called me back at work and I immediately thought, "Wow, they really do care about customers". They had my paint ready and helped me with a few questions I had. Really enjoyable and refreshing to see people that actually still care about making customers happy and did it the whole time with a smile and great attitude. I will use this location for every paint need I have, moving forward.

This Sherwin Williams store is very nice and clean with very high quality products, especially the paint. While the prices might be marked high on their non-paint items, they make up for it on quality and customer service.

I recently bought paint here to match pre-existing paint but it was a paint that no longer could be made. The associate at this store attempted to match the paint but after applying it to the walls, the paint did not quite match. Instead of charging me for another can of paint. I was given a new set of paint and was allowed to keep the previous paint.

This is some of the best customer service and experience I have received. I will be purchasing all my future paint exclusively from this store. Highly recommend.
