You know, I have had the most pleasant dining experiences here. The atmosphere is comfortable, the food is fresh and fantastic, and I don't know who their hiring manager is, but every employee I've interacted with has been cheerful and welcoming. They seem so happy!

I went just the other day, and it was pretty busy, and right when I finished an employee offered to get my dishes out of the way. The timing was perfect, and I appreciated the service.

Simple concept, superb experience. That really tells the tale. Overflowing with southern charm from the time I walked in the door. It was like eating at my Aunt Betty Jean's table. Michelle was SUPER friendly, helped with suggestions for the kids and offered samples a plenty. It was really a nice gesture for our first time eating here. We spent about $30 for a family of four. I LOVE that you get a free buttercream cookie to top it off. The food just feels healthy and bountiful. We will definitely come here again!

The croissant for The Chick Melt was butter toasted to perfection (top 5 croissants I've ever had), and the Classic Carol chicken salad is perfectly seasoned with just a whisper of dill.
The broccoli salad is slightly sweet with lots of crunch and backed by lightly smoked bacon. I loved every bite.
A cute cozy little shop with lower light and pretty decor.
Staff was very friendly and order arrived in less than 5 mins.

We had a very pleasant lunch experience at Chicken Salad Chicks today. Food was delicious; service was very good; restaurant was clean.

So yummy!! This place is delicious! It is a little unique place to come for a quick bite and enjoy a light meal. Their dips are so good! I had their Buffalo dip and BBQ dip, and both were excellent!

First time here and I absolutely love it! I order the Chick traditional on a croissant with the soup of the day, broccoli & cheese. It was sooo good! And that sugar cookie is included and it was the final touch. Very clean restaurant, friendly staff and the decor is so cute! Definetly a girls spot for lunch or dinner. The prices overall was $10.90 . It it just a bit high but you get what you pay for and besides this is better than McDonald's. I am so coming back.

Really like the Fancy Nancy and Olivia's Old South, the classic seemed a little dry. Definitely will get the first two again.

My family and I love this place! So far we haven't tried anything we haven't liked. Love that I have the option to grab some to go for lunches and such in their refrigerator section. Highly recommend!

I willingly brought my wife here for our first visit. They know their theme is challenging for the testosterone fueled sort, and they are OK with that. We loved the food and the service was great.

Great chicken salad! My favorites are the Sassy Scotty - which is a chicken salad with cheddar cheese, ranch and bacon & Olivias Old South - which is a classic chicken salad with eggs and pickles. They give you crackers (plenty) if you just get scoops which I normally do and I love a side of Mac and cheese. The crew is always very nice and I get the same great taste every time. Definitely recommend

I got two orders online and picked it up at the drive through. The food was fantastic and well packed. The service at the drive through was great, they even offered me a glass of water even though from the looks of the parking lot they were incredibly busy, so busy there was no where to park, which is why I went through the drive through. I will definitely be back!

Best new discovery for me! I love chicken salad and at Chicken Salad Chick there are so many options for your chicken as well as your sides. My favorite is Fancy Nancy and getting fresh fruit. My partner enjoyed the Turkey Pesto sandwich and the mac and cheese. Definitely will be here again. Prices are reasonable.
