Sure Save Pharmacy

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy, the pharmacists, and their staff! They go above and beyond to help you and get you your medications quickly. And I’m not talking corporate chains ~30 minutes or so. They have them ready in 5 minutes. They are efficient and on top of their game. They are all so friendly and kind. They truly care and it really shows. Highly recommend changing to them! My dachshund, Milo, also loves them because he is always spoiled with treats and lovings.

I didn't go there to fill a prescription. I went to buy something else. The lady at the front (I hope she doesn't mind if I use her first name), Tracy is the sweetest person. She always has a smile, and goes above and beyond for her costumers. If you go to the Sure Save on highway 53, tell Tracy hey for me. Her and the rest of their great employees will make your day. They have that sweet southern charm.

The absolute best staff in the world!! Changed from Publix and I will never go back. The entire staff is just wonderful. They have my medicine at the window and ready for me to pay before I even know what’s going on. Their efficiency is absolutely spot on. I never knew a pharmacy could be so quick until I switched to here. Highly, highly recommend.

Hi I have already had this problem this season Poison plants Ivy, oak, sumac Big problem for me I talked to Mazon about it He said he had something but kinda pricey Zanfel is what he had It is great I will see it starting to see put a little bit on my finger and it's gone Very good stuff Thank you Mazon

I've used them since they first opened and they've always been first rate. Maz and the pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and do whatever they can to help. Even when the tornadoes destroyed the store in April 2011, they immediately opened a trailer in the parking lot to help our community while they rebuilt. They are super friendly in the pharmacy and the store front. I will never use the chain stores as long as I have these folks!

I brought my prescription to Sure Save Pharmacy on HWY 53 after having a terrible experience with the very rude women in the pharmacy at the CVS across the highway. I was greeted by friendly staff who sorted out my insurance and filled my prescription in less than 10 minutes at a fraction of the cost. It’s an easy decision on where to bring my money here from here forward, I couldn’t be any more satisfied with my experience.

All the people I have met at this Pharmacy have been polite ,courteous and knowledgeable. The company fills prescriptions very quickly.

I didn't realize how great Sur Save in Harvest was until I used the CVS on the corner of Hughes Road in Madison. I took my 93 year old aunt in to get her flu shot and she had to wait 15 minutes (I got mine there, too). You may think that's not a big deal, but it was at a time of day when there was almost no one in the store, no one was ahead of us at the pharmacy counter, no one was at the drive thru, and there were at least 3 people behind the pharmacy counter. My aunt uses this CVS all the time, so they know her by sight and by name. Obviously didn't do her any good. Complete contrast with Sur Save. My husband and son went in for their shots. Got the same paperwork as I did with my aunt - only difference, they didn't have to walk around the store for 15 minutes waiting to get the shot. Got it immediately by folks who are friendly and could hold a nice conversation. Thanks Sur Save!!

Always enjoy seeing Mazen and the folks that make up the Sure Save Pharmacy Team. Wonderful people are what sets them apart. They know their customers well. This is my “neighborhood” pharmacy.

Shout out to Seth for taking care of everything he could to get me my medicine that is hard to get and not in stock in places!

THE best pharmacy I've been to. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable (pharmacy and the store section) We've never waited more than 10 minutes for a prescription.
