Absolutely love them! Dr Latham-Hickman has been amazing to both of my boys. She is very caring, attentive, and she goes above and beyond for her patients. She treats her patients as more than just patients, more so like we're one big family. The staff is also exemplary!

My 3 grandkids went here. Great Dr's that always took their time. All 3 were Medicare patients and like at some medical facilities, you feel and see the difference in treatment between private insurance and state. Its disgusting but true even with children. But here, you not once felt this nor ever felt rushed.

Very kind staff! However, after several visits, I don't like that my son sees a different doctor every time we come, they ask what pharmacy we use every time we visit (most docs keep that on file), and we have never had a shorter waiting time than 45 minutes. I think things could be better organized.

The doctors are nice but everytime I call for a same day appointment they don't have any. How do you fill your emergency appointments when you just opened? The lady up front is not very friendly either. My son goes to urgent care more than his own doctor because they say they can't see him. We will be finding a new provider.

The doctors and nurses are amazing. A new lady now answers the phone and is very nice. They just need to work on actually getting their patients seen. 1/2 work days don't cut it, along with the forever long wait in the waiting room.

The practitioners I’ve had are always very sweet and nice and patient with my son. But there’s a a girl that works at the front desk is pretty rude and short with me a lot. I don’t care for her attitude and she’s been there awhile. I think when I first started taking my son there she wasn’t an employee.The other girl that works at the front is very professional sweet and patient. I called today and the nicer girl answered and she was very accommodating and patient but the second time I called the other girl answered and and was just plain rude like what do you want kinda thing. I’ve shrugged it off in the past but she needs to check her attitude.you work with children.

I've been bringing my kids here since 2012 when my first daughter was born. They were great. Within the past year or 2 they've gone down hill. Multiple times I've come for an appt for them to tell me it wasn't on that day or it wasn't that time. Like, I'm not pulling dates and times out of thin air here... anyway long wait times. I waited over an hour just for a recheck on an ear infection. I like seeing Dr. Jennivie (sp?) But idk where Dr Crespo went. The past few times I've seen 2 different drs on her side. Oh and I was supposed to get a lab form and called to see when they closed. I got there that same day before closing time because I had to wait until after work. They were already closed!! I'm hoping to find a new dr soon.

Leaving a bad review breaks my heart. We have gone to MVP for 6 years. Dr Crespo has seen 2 of my 3 kids since they were newborns. However the last year or so the staff has continued to leave. There’s not a single staff member there anymore that has been there long enough to know my kids beyond the dr. They have awful wait times for scheduled appts. You can never even get an appt because they close constantly. The building itself is run down and sad looking. I decided to switch practices and began the paperwork process to transfer but I still had my daughter’s well visit on the books because I didn’t want to leave until I had somewhere else to go. I showed up for my appt today to be told I have nothing scheduled. Waited half an hour for the nurse to tell me they received a request for records so they closed out my daughter’s account and won’t see her. I asked why they didn’t bother to call and verify before canceling since I have an appt I JUST spoke to them about and verified and they obviously don’t know anything. I wish Dr Crespo would realize what a mistake she is making with her practice. Everyone is jumping ship because it’s a circus now. So incredibly disappointing.

Today I learned that my pediatrician for the last 10 years is no longer with this practice. Madison Valley made a mistake losing her. We are absolutely devastated! When my littles would get sick they always knew Jenn would make them feel better. She was there through every surgery, diagnosis, and I always felt at peace leaning on Jenn's word. She helped me so much with my babies. We ONLY stayed for Jenn. She was the warmest part of the practice. Always attentive and always gave the most sound advice. Madison Valley lost the jewel of the practice. The absolute best Provider. My family plans to follow her wherever she goes.

Today I’ve never seen my son cry so bad about his dr Mrs Jennivie no longer being there. My son was diagnosed with autism and other very serious health conditions and she has been the only dr he’s seen and trust. My kids are devastated. She’s been my kids dr for over 10 years. I don’t know why she’s no longer there but I need her. My son needs her… I feel like someone died in my family. He’s the only one that knows everything about him… what are her patients supposed to do now? No warning or letters sent out or nothing. Don’t get me wrong this is definitely not a bash post because I love the office and never had any problems with anyone but this was a hard pill to swallow…. COMEEEE BACKKKKK 😭😭😭any suggestions on how to help my son understand that she didn’t leave him… autistic kids live by routine this is definitely a life changing moment for us .
