Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise Madison Blvd location and were very pleased with the customer service we received. The rate was a great value, the vehicle we received was very nice and the customer service we received from Ramsey was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and we even received a follow-up phone call to make sure we were completely satisfied. It took the stress of worrying about your transportation and gave us the ability to just enjoy your trip. Thank you Ramsey and thank you to the whole Enterprise team!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with everyone at this location. They were very helpful in letting us know everything up front. We went there through our insurance company due to a wreck in our personal vehicle. Couldn't be more pleased with the help and courteousness we received from all the staff. We pray for Blessings for them all. We were able to purchase a new vehicle and they were even happy for us. You don't find customer service like that anymore. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the service at this Enterprise Rent A Car. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. One thing that I want to note is that when picking up the vehicle, the staff noticed a tire that was balding, and instead replaced the vehicle. That really showed that they pay attention and are concerned about the safety of customers. Easily one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with rental vehicles.

The guys in the Madison location are super nice. They do need to increase their staffing level, but they do the best they can. Cars are always clean and they usually have a good selection of models. It's the only place we rent from.

As always the management team at the Enterprise in Madison Alabama did not disappoint! They go over and beyond to find the perfect car for my rental. I will be back again next get away.

The vehicle I want was readily available and clean. There were some maintenance warnings but it did not hinder my trip. The gentleman at the location I rented from were very professional and accommodating.

I was very pleased with the Customer Service and Professionalism of Mr. Brandon upon arrival to receive my rental. Ramsey is amazing! Stressful as can be day and he really came through. Although I called upwards of 10 times he was very helpful. Waiting to be helped with 5 minutes til closing and a full waiting room of people, he was upbright and accommodating and caring and reassured all of us! We all know how hard it is at the end of the day and how it can be with a rush when you're meant to be heading home but he is doing it with grace and a smile! Awesome! I hope I won't need to come back but if I do I'll be assured that I'll be helped with a friendly face! Good job Ramsey! Awesome leader and teamworker!

Made a reservation for same-day pickup while they were experiencing a shortage of cars in advance of the weekend but Brandon made it happen! Even though the car I initially selected wasn’t available they offered the same quote on a different model and also said they provide military discounts. I hope to use Enterprise again whenever we need a friendly and reliable car rental agency.

Our experience at this enterprise location has been extremely pleasing. Their fantastic customer service and professionalism has exceeded our expectation. By far, the best Enterprise experience we've ever had....Kudos to this location !

National is our first choice everywhere but THIS LOCATION is the best! Outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to get what you need.

I would like to acknowledge the following 3 employees for going above & beyond in their customer service. Too many people give negative reviews & I think more people need to acknowledge when they receive not only good, but especially great customer service.

I've been a long-time Enterprise customer & have rented from Enterprise in both the U.S. and N. Ireland. So I've experienced both good & bad throughout it all. However, my latest 7-day rental from the Madison location last month (July 2018) was exceptional from all employees I dealt with.

Particularly, a BIG KUDOS to Ms. Corsheilia W.! She helped me from the beginning of my rental (over the phone); when I picked up my car; while I was in TX I phoned to inquire about removing 2nd driver; lastly, upon returning the car. She made sure I got what I needed for this rental from beginning to end. I greatly appreciated her time, patience & willingness to go above & beyond.

Also, Ms. Deanna C. deserves a BIG KUDOS. She was extremely helpful, as I had some SXM Radio issues in the beginning while on the road. She ended up having to contact the company to get it taken care of & I greatly appreciated her extra efforts. She was also the person who helped me with all my paperwork & made sure I received the discounts discussed upon returning my rental. I appreciated her patience with me throughout it all, as well.

Lastly, Mr. Josh deserves a BIG KUDOS! He was very nice & informative, as I had a few questions. So even though I didn't have a lot of interaction with him regarding my rental, he was still very friendly & patient in answering some questions for me. So I appreciated his time, as well.

So all-in-all ...BIG KUDOS to these 3 employees! Also, to Corporate and/or Management who hired them! I hope they receive some kind of recognition for a job well done!

BTW - The 2018 Hyundai Elantra I rented was an exceptionally comfortable car, got EXCELLENT gas mileage & all-in-all served me well on a long road-trip to & from Texas. This was my 1st Hyundai I've ever driven and/or been in, but I would definitely rent one again.

We originally reserved a car with Budget at Huntsville airport. They did not have the vehicle we had reserved. Offered us a pickup truck or cargo van. We then rented a vehicle here. It was $50 more expensive for the 3 day rental but they did have a vehicle. Staff here went out of their way to get us our suv.

What an excellent business! The employees had a low inventory but continued to keep all of the waiting customers pleasantly engaged while waiting on our vehicles. When I returned the rental -which was an outstanding vehicle- they had sorted out the difficulties and provided me with phenomenal service. Kudos!

They made it quick and easy in all aspects of my car rental from start to finish. Really appreciate Tristyn Anderson offering great models to choose from and his thoroughness in explaining the terms of my contract. Friendly and professional service!
