Very new to the area, Black-Owned Beauty Supply store. Prices are comparable to non black owned supply stores.

I stopped by on the 4th of July holiday, they were open! I stumbled upon this little hidden gem because I was heading to Ollies looking for sales. They had exactly what I was looking for! The employee (I wish I got her name) was very helpful, professional & friendly. I could definitely see myself using that store in the future. It is black owned.

Clean, great customer service and reasonable prices. First time, will go back and do recommend.

Prices or on the same price range as other beauty stores. Some items or cheaper, like wigs and other hair products. I am happy we have one in Madison.

Friendly simple to navigate n got all what I need

This is just a regular little hair store. It's not big in size or has too many options. It has your basic needs for the most part. The best thing about it is it's not too far and the people who work here are always really nice and helpful.

Worst beauty supply store in the city! The older black lady they have working there always have an unpleasant attitude she’s prejudice, and very unprofessional she doesn’t greet you and as soon as you walk in the store .02 seconds later she’s literally running up on your neck asking what you need rushing you before you even get a chance to fully walk into the store & browse/ shop for anything she also follows you around the store like you’re stealing & honestly it’s the most uncomfortable feeling ever & it makes you not want to purchase anything from this establishment especially being racially profiled for No reason! I work for the government & I spend my hard earned money at this place and definitely don’t deserve to get treated like this (the location is/WAS very convenient that’s why we come here) especially since it’s our money that’s keeping your establishment up & running (respectfully). The owner needs to maybe be present more & try to train the employees better and teach them to be nice, kind and respectful because they’re a representation of your business and it’s not a great look. I definitely will be contacting the Better Business Bureau ASAP about this establishment & how’s they’re treating their customers it’s very sad & unprofessional
