The salesperson was extremely helpful, patient, and very informative. Our purchase arrived in time and the delivery men were very careful when bringing the chair inside. I purchased the chair for my husband without him seeing it or sitting in it, but he says I did a good job and the chair is perfect!

Your sales representative Tori was very pleasant to work with. She’s very friendly and helpful. She offered great options and alternatives and answered all of my questions. The pick up was simple and quick. I am very happy with my new La-Z-Boy reclining chair.

Our rep was from the Montgomery store and was absolutely amazing and provided a great customer experience! Makayla was her name I believe. I purchased a huge painting and the other male rep who sort of looked like Thor helped me get it situated, purchased, and loaded into my truck.
Up until these two came and serviced us my sister and I were ignored by all the other reps; even the ones that were not directly helping a customer. The store was busy but it wasn’t busy to the point to say hello or you guys finding everything ok.

Jennifer was helpful in assisting me with selecting a recliner that was a good fit for me. She wasn't pushy like some sales associates which made it a pleasant experience. She even remembered my mom who purchased some furniture from her years ago.

Stephanie was our sales consultant and she made the process seamless! We looked around the store and picked out some items, mulled them over for a few days and then made our way back to finalize. We can’t wait to see how our pieces look in our home!

Howard N did a great job helping us to select our recliner. He was kind and conscientious in his work. He was very patient as we made our selection and gave us the opportunity to take samples home. He didn't pressure us into a sale. He worked around a power outage to place our order. What a great experience.
