I always have a positive shopping experience at Target. Stores are clean, well provisioned, and you can always find someone to assist you if needed. Prices and quality of products are very good.

Loved my two hour pick up experience it was actually completed in less than a hour! The line had three people ahead of me, but it moved pretty swiftly. My only annoyance was that it was only one person in the customer service area to where I can pick up my order and the lady who scanned the barcode had to go to another room and get the item. It was odd but definitely look forward to coming back to this location!

Usually this store is well stocked but lately the shelves are bare. You still get amazing customer service. The Starbucks staff is super knowledgeable and will happily answer your question. They even give out dog frappes!!

Apparently, I've been sleeping under a rock because Target is absolutely, hands-down a top shopping place to get familiar with! I've watched their commercials for years and would stop by once in a blue moon, but it wasn't until winter 2018 that I really got involved with them. That was just in time for the holiday savings (which by the way, they'll usually have a % off on their gift cards for a limited time). Not only do they have good deals and promotional gift cards that they issue for their products (for example, with their household items: spend $35 get a $15 gift card), but they also are taking it retro with some throw back products like cassettes, music on vinyl, fanny packs, rubix cubes, etc.

The store's layout makes it easy to navigate and shop, they will usually keep things stocked and will replenish in a timely fashion, but the top reason I enjoy returning is the customer service. The staff is incredibly, super helpful, kind, engaging, and inviting. An added bonus is that on the weekends, they'll usually have their samplers placed throughout the store. I know because I've had the pleasure of working there as a Brand Ambassador who would sample many yummy treats. If you're okay with signing for credit, they do offer the REDCard, but you can usually save just by signing up for their weekly ads and/or by stopping in to see what local deals they may have. If you're late to the game, like myself, I recommend stopping in and checking them out!

Clean, dependable store like we have up north. Staff were super friendly asking if I needed help to find something.

I don't shop Target often, but I like the store at the location. It's always clean and stocked, except his work shirts. My husband loves that there is a Starbucks, but they're slow as dinosaurs.

They did a great job on the remodel especially with the expanded Starbucks inside. Double check pricing though. Many items had one price on the floor but rung up differently at the register. That being said Target adjusts the price no questions asked.

Convenient location. The store was clean. We got what we needed and out quickly. This is one of our favorite Target locations. They have a large selection of products and everything was neatly organized.

Ahhh, Target.... all around best shopping experience in a long time. I live in a rural area and don't have a Target close by, when I'm within about a 10 mile radius of a Target, I bust right in for that experience that Walmart can't touch. Classier, all around.

The online ordering is super fast. But the pick up process impresses me the most. It is perfect. Half the time they already have my stuff outside when I get there. The return process in store is easy and fast as well. I had an issue with my online order and it was corrected in like 2 days with no charge to me. I did most of my Christmas shopping online or through pick up for these reasons. Everyone is always super nice. It seems like they really have it figured out. I wish all stores made it this easy. I am extremely happy with my experience.

Quick to get in and find what i needed and to get out. Self checkout available but still able to find cashiers.

I picked up and item ordered on line and when I got home discovered it wasn't exactly the item I was expecting. It was probably my fault, because what I saw on line looked like an item I purchased previously when I was in the store.
I had no problem returning it there was no wait time, no issues, the Guest Service person was quick and returned the purchased amount to my card.
I would highly recommend shopping in Target they have a great assortment of stylish clothing. The store is clean well marked area for shopping for items you need.

Was able to find nice dress attire! Price was about what I expected it to be, definitely love how big this target is compared to other locations.

Amazing customer service from the time I came in to the time I left. But Victoria in appeal set the bar high. She took her time and showed me to the product in question and I was very satisfied. Oh and the prices are amazing. Keep up the good work team. And I feel if I would of transferred to this store instead of Jones valley I would still have my job. This is the best company I ever worked and even though I’m not employed anymore I still recommend people to work target. Thanks for making my bad day turn good.

I usually have good luck at the University Drive target finding things I couldn’t at the one in Jones Valley so this is my go to target location.

I love the new renovations that they are doing at this store. Although it is a little frustrating sometimes to find the items that I need due to renovation I do understand the temporary inconvenience that must be in place for a better updated store. Truthfully I love shopping here because of the customer service, every single time that I come here I receive the best service which is why I continue to return back shopping here in comparison to other stores.

I recently started shopping at Target because where I am from (Mississippi) we don't have one. I love shopping at Target because of the circle program. I recently saved $11.00 on my son's birthday cake. Target has delicious cakes and those in the bakery are very sweet. I can find whatever I may need in Target. It's truly a One Stop Shop! I definitely will be shopping at Target again.
