I started my sofa pursuit with a different sales agent who unfortunately became ill during the final days of a sale. Amber navigated through this situation showing allegiance to her work colleague yet meeting my needs in a very narrow window of the sale. Her design knowledge helped me fine tune my decisions. When all was said and done we ordered a sleeper sofa, two chairs, two end tables and a ottoman. I am very excited about the new furnishings and appreciate how well she guided us through the selections of fabric, cushions, colors etc

My husband and I searched what felt like 100 different furniture stores for new couches for our home. We were having a very hard time finding well-made couches to fit his needs for back and hip support and my desire to have nice looking couches in our home. When we walked into Bassett, we were greeted and helped by the kindest employee. She was incredibly helpful throughout both of our visits, making sure she was available when we returned so that we had her undivided attention. She helped create a picture of what would be best considering the color and design within our home, as well as finding a couch that best fit our needs. It was like talking to a friend, not a salesperson, which is so rare to find! She was able to answer every question we had, as well as point us to what would best fit our needs. To Bassett, it wasn't about finding the most expensive couch to sell us. It was about what was best for us, and I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

Amber was our Bassett sales associate when my son and I came into the Huntsville store to purchase a sofa and arm chair for my son’s new home. She was a tremendous help to us as she educated us on all of the various options which were available to us.

Amber has a exceptional sense for style and the art of interior decorating! She has a excellent understanding of all the various price points of furniture and coordinating fabrics and accent pieces that Bassett has to offer. She also has good knowledge about the competition.

My first experience at Bassett Furniture with Jana was terrific! She did a great job explaining the process of picking out everything from furniture to fabric, colors, style, etc! Shannon at Basset was phenomenal! We came in and told her we were looking for a leather sectional. We were very particular about the style, color and quality of the leather. Shannon was very knowledgeable about the leather products in the store, and showed us the most beautiful sectional. From there she helped us find an ottoman that matched. She was so helpful, and kind. Our couch was delivered in LESS than 3 weeks-WOW! Maurice and Terrence on their delivery team were so kind and respectful.
