I've been a patient at this office for several years now. Courtney is amazing. When I've seen Dr. Wallace she has been amazing also. The office staff and nurses are always kind, friendly, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this office to any adult looking for compassionate, competent health care.

I've seen both Dr. Wallace and her NP Courtenay Simmons. Both are very sweet and patient. They both listen thoroughly and provide great medical care. They are quick to follow up and answer emails. I feel like they really care.

Although I didn't get to meet with Dr. Wallace on my first visit, I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with from the front office staff to the nurse, Jennifer, and Nurse Practitioner - Courtenay - who was amazing. She was very professional and personable. She listened, took notes, asked questions and discussed all of my concerns. I felt that she really cares about her patients and that she will create a great health care plan for me and my wife. After years without a family physician, I am thankful that this office was accepting new patients and feel fortunate to have become an established patient with them. Thanks for all you do! - Tracy

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Kara Wallace for over 10 years and have had great experiences with her and her team -- professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and able to schedule appointments in reasonable time frames. My wife loves the N.P. Courtney Simmons. Both Courtney and Kara listen and take the time to explain their treatment protocols to our satisfaction. Cant say enough nice things about them and look forward to continuing with them as long as I can.

Dr. Wallace has been my Primary Care Physician since she began her practice in Huntsville. Always professional, prompt and caring. We have transitioned much of my basic care to video conferences which is great. I always know I can see her, or Natalie if I have any concerns.

My friend and general practice physician retired, so I was recommended to visit Dr. Kara Wallace by one of her former Nurse Practicioners. That was almost 2 years ago. I have found Dr. Wallace and her staff to be excellent. Dr. Wallace is professional and truly concerned about my health and well being. She is current on the latest medical issues and technology. I am completely satisfied that I made the right choice in a family practice physician and she earns a rating of top notch!

Dr. Wallace and her staff are always helpful and looking out for my well-being. Appointments are always timely and I love being able to as questions and review information anytime on the portal. My work environment is not private, so it is nice to be able to ask questions during the day with privacy. I have had only excellent experiences at Dr. Wallace's office. Everyone has been professional, caring, and supportive. I appreciate that it is a small friendly office without a mob of people in the waiting area coughing and sneezing.

Dr. Wallace and her staff are wonderful. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to moving out of state but have had only great experiences with everyone that works here.

Not sure why they're only rated 2.9 out of 5, I've been coming to this doctor for the last 3 years and they've been very professional and very accommodating. If you have a pressing concern they can see you that day. I can't imagine going to another office.
