Working with Houdek was amazing. Being 18 years old, they were so patient when things weren’t going as planned at the beginning. But they were very helpful and made it all happen. 10/10 recommend going to Houdek for a used car, they make sure everything is running good and up to date to make sure your new vehicle is ready to go! I was very pleased with them:) Rob is the best!!

Cory was extremely helpful! After having a really overwhelming experience at other dealerships, he was a breath of fresh air. Very easygoing, and answered all of our questions. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing at all and I really needed that, as this was my first time buying a car. The vehicle I bought was very fairly priced. The buying process itself was incredibly easy. I can’t say enough good things about Houdek. It was a really good experience overall!

We worked with Rob to purchase a used Honda for our son, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Rob was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our needs. In addition, he walked us very efficiently through the paperwork, which made it so fast and easy to get out the door and on the road in the new car!

Go to Houdek and ask for Skip! He's super friendly and personable. I never had someone so quick and helpful answering questions online before. Also when looking in person on the lot, he let us look at the car ourselves and never harassed me. He let me decide for myself.

Skip is a no pressure understanding guy! Even though I unfortunately didn't part with my old car yet and get the car he helped me with (which I'm probably crazy for) he was polite and asked me a few questions to try and understand. Thank you so much for your time and help, Skip!

I was on the hunt for a new ride after my car got totalled and my friend Cathy strongly recommended I take a look at Houdek. Very glad I did, because this was easily the least painful car buying experience I've ever had. Worked with Corey throughout the process and he was friendly, informative, quick to respond to any questions I had, and when he didn't have the answer he just said as much. Definitely a refreshing change from other dealers I've dealt with. Got me into my new car with a solid rate and reasonable price, and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rob was incredibly helpful and friendly when my family and I came in to pick out a new used car. He helped me pick a perfect fit for me and has also been incredibly kind and thorough when helping with car maintenance.

Houdeck provided a wonderful car-buying experience for me. There was no pressure, no upsell. They asked me what I was interested in and handed me the keys. I was able to test-drive vehicles on my own, which made me much more comfortable with my choice. This is the second car I have purchased with Houdeck and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had a great overall experience at Houdek Auto Center. Although it took a really long time, like 7 hours. They were really polite and understanding. I know that most of that was attributed to the loan company. Rob helped me buy my truck. He was lovely to work with. He congradulated me on my "upgrade" going from a tiny Ford Fiesta to a huge Chevy Silverado. That made me feel really good. I've worked hard for about 6 years to be able to afford that "upgrade". It was nice to be recognized.

Recently bought a Subaru from them and dealt with Skip. The car selection was great and Skip was just an outstanding person to deal with. Even weeks after the deal I had some questions and he answered without issue. Normally cant stand dealerships and tell my family to never use them.. but definitely not the case here and would tell anyone to give them a shot if looking.

My daughter bought a car at Houdek 2 years ago and has been a good car to her and recently my grandson bought a car there also so last week me and my daughter decided to shop for a vehicle for myself and had a wonderful experience working with Rob Aimers and I did buy a stunning orange SUV love it! I had a paid off Camry and had a accident.. found a new Camry here and Brad was so helpful and informative… I was going back and forth on fixing my car or using the money to buy a new one. He wasn’t pushy, he didn’t persuade me one way or the other.. we talk over some scenarios and I ended up putting money on the car to hold… later he called me and told me to come get the car for a few hours, make sure I like it, take it to a mechanic (I am a mechanic)…so I did take it and go put it up and go through it I was Leary because the price was so good and on a loaded Camry other dealers we’re selling them for 3-4K more.. but the car was fine…

just drove it to Missouri with no issues and this week is Texas.. they have great prices… fantastic service, I mean what salesman and lot owner help you get the best price for your wrecked car from insurance when they didn’t even know if I was gonna buy theirs!!!

There’s some negative reviews on here.. ima say coming from me a previous car purchaser and mechanic of a car lot…every lot has those cars that sometimes aren’t what we thought when we bought them to sell … it happens, I’ve been that guy that purchased a car at auction for my boss dealership.. positive it was a great car and boom customer bought it and it wasn’t a good car, there were no warning signs it was failing, so it happens…

the prices are the best in the market right now As far as I’m concerned…. See Brad give them a try… they changed my mind and earned my business… give ‘em a chance to earn yours… and take the extended warranty if your nervous or unsure…they are used cars at the end of the day!!!

sales consultant Rob Aimers was friendly and super patient while I asked about multiple vehicles.
Rob also helped with getting me a price I could afford, and providing me with a vendor for accessories.
