I have thoroughly loved being a part of the Godspeed family-because when you are a member, you are apart of a family! Everyone supports one another and goes through life with one another. It is an amazing atmosphere! I cannot say enough good about Godspeed-Jones Valley!!!!! Just go experience it for yourself!

An amazing experience. The staff, the facility, top notch. I highly recommend any interested in trying a new physical challenge, please try them out. My physical fitness life journey has been one I have traveled alone and today was nice to share space and sweat with like minded people.

At Godspeed, I feel like part of a family. The coaches there are knowledgeable and encouraging. They make sure my form is correct when lifting and the workouts are always challenging and fun. The community is supportive and friendly.

After two years of working out almost daily, still great and helpful staff that understand each person's ideal workout. Pushes you to succeed and do your best. Uncomfortable workouts that train your body to do much better. Always feel great after these workouts and ready to face the day.

So I started GodSpeed exactly a year ago. They helped me lose almost 100 lbs. The staff only wants the absolute best for you they only want to see you get better. They develop a personal relationship with you which you really can’t get anywhere else. They aren’t only worried about numbers but they want to know how YOU are doing not only physically but mentally and emotionally! This is the best place I have ever been and have achieved goals I could have never dreamed of! I highly recommend. Hayden and Kendra are some of the highest quality coaches you will find!

5 star fitness facility. Top notch programming. Advanced coaching from Hayden and Kendra. Having a physical therapist, Dr. Jared Dowling, directing the gym is great for prehab and body maintenance is extremely helpful and rare to find anywhere else. Variety of class times and workouts that can fit any level of fitness. Highly recommend anyone to check it out.

This place is amazing! The trainers truly listen to their clients and modify when needed but also do an amazing job of pushing you out of your comfort zone to make you better! Great workouts- and they are always changing so each day is something new!
