Kohl's

Nice clean location. Wish it had the same selection as their Villa Park, IL location. This Huntsville location is small, but it's the closest to Winchester TN.

We came to kohls today after seeing the Black Friday adverts and seeing they had dog stuff on sale.
The store is well laid out, clean, and easy to walk through.
We found a bunch of great things for the puppies and I got some Xmas leggings for $8!! Absolute WIN.
The one issue I do have is more on the corporate aspect of the store. The way they have employees push credit cards is ugh. I don’t need to be asked 5 times in the same conversation if I want to sign up.
Other than that? Great experience

Good selection of items. I placed an order online and really like their self-pickup area. Click a link in your email, and it tells you which bin has your item(s). Grab your stuff and you're ready to go.

Great customer service helping me with the new procedure of picking up packages ordered on line. With the holiday season it has changed. And helpful understanding my husband’s dementia.

Customer service was great at this location considering how busy it was. Thank you to Brandon working in the Men’s Dept. who have helped me out tremendously with all of my questions and needs even when he didn’t get the response from the others as they were unresponsive but he presented professionalism and continue to answer my questions and guide me where to go in order to find what I needed. I appreciate him for his politeness, patience, and his gracefulness in providing excellent professionalism!! I wish you the best as we need more Pele like him!! Thank you to the customer service employee who explains the coupons advantages and disadvantages so that I could shop more efficiently. And thank you to the cashier Rachel, who made the transitions of processing my payments respectfully.

We usually just get the younger kids clothes here but I stopped to get some cargo shorts for yard work.
Always great selections and always friendly service and hardly ever crowded.
They have a little bit of everything, at a fair price.

It was 30 minutes before closing. Ran into the store to pickup something, a kind sales lady helped me find what I was looking for and was kind enough to allow me to use the changing room.

This store has great prices, especially around the holiday season. It has a good selection of clothes, home goods, and kitchen goods. Sometimes the check out line can get backed up, but overall it is a great store.

Stopped to return some Amazon purchases. Kohls makes this a quick and painless process!!

Everything went ok.. only problem is nothing was priced!! I had to look for a employee scan what I was interested in, ot problem is there was hardly any employees!! There were Buy 1, Get 1 50% off
