They seem to be very efficient and professional at this pharmacy. And it is nice that they know their customers by sight and by name, even new ones -- not something you see very often.

I've shopped at this location since the day it opened and it's still my favorite grocery store. Customer service is top notch.

I'm switching pharmacies because the new staff are rude and slightly incompetent. I went into publix during this outbreak ONLY to get my medicines which i had filled over the phone. When I got there, one of my prescriptions didn't have any more refills on it and the pharmacist was very unprofessional and raised her voice at me about not having a doctor and 'it's not her fault' that the refills weren't in. They seem to be unstable individuals and I don't have any faith in whatever Publix is calling this pharmacy. Go somewhere else for quality, local service that you deserve. I am.

Only giving 2 stars bc Publix can fill your prescription at other locations in town. That was useful only ONCE and it was during this outbreak.

I will never use this location again. I have never taken the time to leave a formal complaint before, but I took the time to bring my experience to the manager’s attention. I have to say I have never felt so belittled or offended by someone in a place where patience and a sense of comfort should be paramount.

I called in a refill of my prescription of simple generic birth control around 2:40pm. I was informed it would be at least an hour. So, when I came by to pick it up at 5:15pm I was surprised to find my prescription was somehow at the downtown location. I was informed by the staff that it would be a 30 minute wait. This was in a clipped exchange where there was no apology or assurance. Unfortunately, my husband had to go back to work so, I told them I would pick it up tomorrow.

Unfortunately, that is not the end of this story. I had time later that evening to go try again around 6pm or so. When I walked back in I actually heard them whisper and groan, “It’s her”. One pharmacist, a tall, thin woman with glasses, exasperatedly began to tell me just how many prescriptions they had to fill that night and how when I said tomorrow mine had been pushed back. This was my prepackaged birth control that they had in stock. I could be wrong but I am fairly certain that it only requires a print out to give it, or at least that's all I have ever seen. I was informed that they could manage it in 15 minutes, and so I waited and inquired about how to move my prescriptions.

So, I waited feeling belittled and absolutely uncomfortable. I decided if I had 15 minutes I would make a complaint to customer service. Once that was done I went on my way, but as soon as I got home and spoke to a friend she too had a series of stories about the tall pharmacist with glasses. What's worse are the reviews I have now read about others experiences. Clearly, this is not a good location in customer service or in quality.

Will never go to this pharmacy again after the way I was just treated by the pharmacist on duty. Dark haired caucasian women. From the second I stepped to the window with my prescription paper she gave me attitude. First she started with "we close in 20 minutes." Questioned if my scripts came from the hospital or where they came from. I had just been seen at urgent care on hughes road, as it says on my prescription paper, diagnosed with pneumonia. Then asking me if ive had medications filled there before which i have but its been awhile. she couldnt find me in the system so that was more attitude like its my fault. How about you do your job and enter me in the system then. The last straw was her getting an attitude with me because I dont have insurance and I use the GoodRX app. I grabbed my prescription paper and left.
Total lack of customer service and manners.

I have been a long time customer of Publix Pharmacy. I get heart medication filled monthly here. This month my husband picked up the medication and was charged double the normal amount and was told it was because we had a double prescription. When my husband came home he checked the medication and the bottle stated there were 180 pills when in fact after we counted them there was 78 pills. When we called the pharmacy and spoke with the manager at a click of a button she could tell that they had more medication in their inventory than they should. They knew they had shorted someone some medication but made no effort to find out who they screwed over. My husband returned to the pharmacy to pick up the medication we paid for but did not receive and did not receive an apology or anything, just more bad customer service. I will NEVER go here again. I see from other bad reviews this seems to be a pattern of how they do business.

I had foot surgery today and it has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. My husband dropped my pain med script by this pharmacy today and my mother went to pick it up a couple hours later. When she got the medicine home I counted them (because I've always heard you should do this with pain meds). There were supposed to 15 in the bottle and, sure enough, there were only 14. Now I'm super frustrated because I know there is nothing I can do about since my mother didn't count them in front of them. The only thing I thought to do was write a review. Hopefully this help someone else in the future. Do not use this pharmacy! Someone there is likely acting unlawfully and I know I don't want to give them the opportunity to possibly do it again.
