Just left and 10000/10. We were rushing to purchase some wound care for an injured horse. I had an impatient toddler who I had to cancel a play date. Both cashiers helped me check out and play with my little while I tried to hustle in and out. They were so kind and lovely. This level of service and kindness so often separates a one time stop to a go to spot. Thank you, thank you beautiful ladies so much.

Great store, friendly staff, great pharmacy! We moved here from Athens and were put at ease about getting our prescriptions transfered. That was a relief for us, as we're both diabetics. Very happy customers!

Great service

Conveniently located in Publix shopping center on Madison Blvd. Large store in older building. They don’t stay open very late, so make sure you check their hours before you visit. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay.

sometimes the waiting time is long to pick up medication, but in general the employees are very friendly

Great location, but I had to wait a few minutes for a cashier to show up at the front. She was very casual in her customer service. The prices are extremely high. More expensive than convenience stores.

They need more staff working the pharmacy. The wait is ridiculous.

I was the only person in line inside the store. I stood there for 10 minutes at the pharmacy while an employee was chatting with a lady in the drive thru like they were old friends. Not talking about ANYTHING that had to do with medication. There were 4 other pharmacy employees and every one of them looked at me, not 1 of them said hi, be with you in a minute, not even a smile from any of them. I asked if they realized that they had another customer. The employee that had been chatting with the woman in the drive thru was pretty rude to me with her response. I will NEVER go to that Walgreens again

I went in first thing this morning because I have the flu and needed some things. The young lady at the register made sure to tell me “just so you know, this is our last day opening at 8 am”. I thought how rude! I responded to her “good for you guys, huh?”. She apparently doesn’t wanna work at 8 😏 Ugh! Very bad for Walgreens.

I don’t understand how people get hired and they hate their job. These people dislike everyone. Always behind and never calls about problems with your prescription. Walgreens makes me feel like you’re lucky to even get a script. Ugh 😩 I went to Publix Redstone square. They are happy to have a career. They work fast and call right away. Makes you feel like they are grateful for your business. The pharmacist even remembered my name and called me back the next day I didn’t even leave my phone number and she called me back and helped me during the ice storm. They don’t give you dirty looks or run back and start talking about you to the other employees. Just read the reviews and see. Walgreens have been treating customers terribly for over a year. They have only been open for just over a year. This place was a Rite Aid before. Don’t waste your time. There are better places. Better customer service and no discrimination. Good luck

The Madison Blvd Walgreens is the worse pharmacy I have ever used. Do not use the pharmacy. They are unable to track basic items, so they should not be a factor in people's health. There are plenty of other Walgreens, use one of those.

I went to pick up my photo. She asked me what my name is, and I answered. She said “What the hell!”. Yes, it’s a foreign name. You asked, therefore, I answered. You don’t need to let me hear that, my name is unusual and not “What the hell”

Extremely rude pharmacy and store staff. Whoever manages this store fosters a culture of inappropriate behavior. Front checkout had a huge line while the associate was ringing with one hand and on her personal phone with the other taking calls. Pharmacy staff was condescending and refused to answer questions or help with prescriptions and gave me dirty looks during our conversation. Then would stare blankly at me trying to get me to walk away. Such an uncomfortable encounter. Will never be back.

The drive thru is the slowest drive thru I ever been at. I waited for over 30 minutes to get to the window, it was only two cars in front of me. This is ridiculous and they need to hurry and do something about it.
