I fell and hurt my foot while here from out of town. Sammy Sanders took the most excellent care of me as did the nurse practitioner, Jolene. My wait was not long, and they were very thorough and professional.
Great experience in a rough time in my life!

It was a wait but very professional and sweet! After I was back in a room I was in and out! Medications were sent over to my pharmacy and all I had to do was wait for them to be filled. I will be back if I need to. I recommend taking advantage of online scheduling though if you can. Covid and Flu season have had them packed out.

They have great appointment times and it was so easy to make one online. Pre registered online as well which was a breeze. We barely waited 10/15 minutes and we were back. Fantastic staff, from the front office to the sweet light hearted nurses (exactly what we needed when my little one is sick) and the doctor was in so fast. I’d rather come here than our PCP. I work in the medical field and know how taxing it can be to the staff and yet here you would never know it, even at the end of a very long day. Thank you for your efficiency and compassion!

Today’s visit was nice and smooth! All of the staff from the receptionist, nurses, and the doctor provided exceptional service!! Sam was the bomb! Very nice and took care of me! First time I ever got in and out in a matter 30 minutes. I would recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care to anyone with an urgent need for quick care.

I walked in without an appointment and waited less than 20 minutes and they were packed!   Everyone I encountered was pleasant.   Eve was so understanding and treated me great!   Dr Ng was quick and thorough.    The best experience I have had at a doctors office in a long time!   I will definitely be back!

Started having back spasms the night before. Went in to work and they got worse. Came to HH Urgent Care and was seen so quickly! My nurse, Eve, was so nice to me. It was hard for me to walk due to the back spasms and she held my hand and helped me to the Exam room. She was excellent! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care over the others!

I brought my son in and was taken back very quickly by Eve which was very helpful. The doctor came in shortly after and had him checked out and medication sent over fast. We will definitely be coming back.

Today my son and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super sweet to my son, and made him feel comfortable. They did the most advanced test possible to detect the source of my son's cough, and made sure to treat him today so that he could feel better by tomorrow. Extra shout out to the nurse with the beautiful hair! Didn't catch your name, but you are amazing! The medical industry needs more people like you!

They are the sweetest bunch of ladies I've ever met!! They made me comfortable considering I was sick. They all have the best personalities and make you feel a lot better after leaving. I highly recommend this facility.

This place was a great Choice all the way from the desk to the the Doctor ! I want to brag on Eve she listened to my concerns and immediately went to the Nurse Practitioner and let her know my concerns they both was awesome and Sammy did a great job drawing my blood ! No miss no pain nothing but awesome ! I will definitely be going back to!

I made an appt for 10:00 am but wasn't actually seen until about 11:15. However once I was seen things moved along quickly. A prescription was sent to Walgreens and once I received it my issue is now almost back to normal. I have used HH Urgent Care in the past, and will continue to do so. The staff is always very kind and professional.

There were several people ahead of me but was seen in 15 minutes. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.They show genuine care and concern by giving each person the individual care they need. Thank you ladies for working so hard and always having a smile :)

Each visit has been a great experience. The staff and Doctors are just wonderful. Not a bad wait time depending on the season but even with longer wait times it's worth the time.

In spite of the busy day they were clearly having, they did not rush me or make me feel unimportant. I did make my appointment ahead of time which helped reduce my wait time, and I was seen quickly considering how full the waiting room was. The medical tech and the NP were both kind and professional. No concerns or complaints from me!

HH Urgent is always a thorough and efficient place to go if you are sick. Always use the 'Save my place" option so you can know how lomg your wait will be. The staff is also fantastic with Eve taking very good care of you in triage and Dr.Jolene working with you on your treatment plan.

Roxanne, Front Desk is so sweet & helpful. Rachita, MA is very knowledgeable & patient. Shelly is an amazing Provider who is confident in her practice. These three ladies make a great team!

I always have an awesome experience at this location. The wait time is short and they get you in and out in a decent time. I always feel like the doctors and nurses always listen to your concerns and your needs and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for your urgent care needs.

It is a monday. Everybody was very nice, Eva, my nurse and the receptionist was extremely wonderful! Thank God for Urgent Care, well needed and deserve help.

Huntsville Hospital urgent care is the best. The staff there was very attentive to my needs. Everyone made sure I was well taken care of and their ultimate goal was to make me feel better. Dr. Rachelle Key is the best. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her patients.
