Sparkman High School

Sparkman is a large, thriving high school. I have had 4 kids graduate and one still attending Sparkman. Considering the small amount of money county schools are given/student, Sparkman is doing a lot with what they have. They have an excellent band, choir, drama dept, photography, art, medical academy, engineering academy, school newspaper, national championship cheerleading team, and more. I am not as familiar with the sports side of things. There are many caring and dedicated teachers who go above and beyond for their students. The new principal, Mike Campbell is really forward thinking and is making some great changes to the school. They have a good offering of AP classes, with more to come. I am proud to have my kids attend Sparkman.

Our daughter graduated from Sparkman . The faculty was awesome. Everyone was did helpful in helping to make sure she had everything she needed to graduate & enter the work force. Currently she is attending college and we couldn't be more proud of her!

My grandson, Creed Parker, plays football for Trussville so I was at the game last night. I must say that your football team did not give up and almost won the game but I am sending this note to let you know that the band halftime show was the best I have ever seen. I am old and I have
seen many shows but that was the best. The school,director and band members should be very proud. S. Marchant
