I am really glad I came here and met Jeff the owner and Bucko. They put me in the Acura I was waiting for and really helped me out and gave me a great deal. They tell u like it is and weren't pushy at all. U can tell they r good people. Plus they've been in biz for 30 years I think. They saved me a lot of money compared to other places and I will be telling my friends to come here. It was so convenient. They had me in and out fast. No fooling around or funny business. I needed a new car and looked everywhere for a decent vehicle I could pay cash for due to not having the best credit score. I did an application at Chase not expecting to get approved for financing but not only was I approved, it was literally the easiest application and buying process I’ve ever had. I bought my car as is, checked EVERYTHING out and it all looked good. The very next day an error code came up and the check engine light came on. I called Chase even though I bought it as is and they completely fixed the issue for me which they technically didn’t have to do at all! Since the parts took a bit to come in and I had to wait a little while on the car, they worked with me on adjusting my car payment schedule. I got it back and it has ran great so far. Their interest rates are super low especially considering my credit and the car was a reasonable price and runs great so far. Everyone at Chase has been super nice and accommodating and I would 100% reccomend them. My last car came from American Car Center in Huntsville and everything about them was a nightmare so it’s great to have good, honest people to deal with this go around. Thank you guys!!

I just bought a 2013 Prius 3 on Dec 12. I love prius' so didn't have to be sold on it. The price point was great for the miles and age. I test drove and took it to a place to have the codes read---no codes popped up so all clear. Carfax report was clear. I went in at 11am in the morning and discussed it and I had to go get the money so I asked them to set the car aside for me. I got back a few minutes after closing but they waited for me. Most important thing----they didn't say they'll hold it and sell it out from under me (I've had that happen when someone else walked onto a lot). They kept the car in the back for me so I very much appreciate that.

Purchased a car from these guys, best car buying experience I've ever had. Family owned and you can tell. I visited several car lots prior to Chase and I'm glad I saved the best for last. They worked with me on my down payment and I'm extremely happy with my monthly payments. The car I bought has been very dependable. I don't think I'll go anywhere else to buy a car again. I've already recommended them to all my friends. If you're looking for a nice dependable car I urge you to stop in and talk to these guys!

I have bought 2 great cars from here . Always nice to me . And a couple other people I know bought cars from them and they didn't have any problems either .. I dealt with Jeff both times and a few other times when I came in never mean or rude just a direct business man and I personally prefer directness especially when it comes to my money .

I bought a truck here 4 years ago that was awesome. I just sold it. Took my son here to get his vehicle, which also is a great car. The people here are very helpful and friendly.

The only place that would help out a single mother of four with bad credit. Divorced after 19 years and bad credit. I got an awesome dependable car that I wanted. I was not told no you can not have that one what about this one. They went out of their way to make sure that I got the one I wanted. I also had more issues come up and they did not just come get my car. They worked with me. Thank you for helping me out. I still have the same car. I have only had to buy new tires and oil changes. Have had my car for about 8 months now, payments on time every month. I've never had a problem with them and for being a 10 year old car she is amazing! Don't let the bad reviews turn you away, the cars are sold AS IS. If you bought a car from someone on Craigslist, you wouldn't expect them to fix every/anything that messed up...would you? These guys get a bad rep from people that don't understand AS IS...

I have almost paid my car off that I purchased from Chase Auto. Jeff has been really good to us. I bought a 2003 Ford Taurus, fully loaded. Besides normal wear an tear on the car. It has been a good car and we have driven it from Arab to Huntsville almost daily. In fact, in a couple of months when this car is paid off, we plan to buy a truck. My credit isn't that great and I had $1000 to put down on a car but did not want to be a day late on my payment and them cut m car off. That has never happened at Chase. If I have just explained to Jeff when I would be in and then kept my word, I haven't had any issues. I also remember signing a paper that stated I was buying that car as is, and with all the shops on 72, if I had any doubts I would have taken it to be checked out before I bought it. Anyway I am a satisfied customer of Chase and intend to buy from them again!!!! Thanx Jeff!!

We all know how car sales people can be, BUT NOT HERE.There will always be complainers when they are unable to qualify. No one would help me or give me a shot, BUT they did. They did not rob me and did not have "Knee capper loans". They are extremely professional. I've NEVER had anybody sell me a car and be more concerned how quickly.it will be paid off. Great car company. The employees are very nice and helpful. I got my car from there and haven't had any issues. They also do trade-ins. I will probably buy from them again in the future.

Knowing who they are and what they are bout. Bought a 2012 Kia Sedona. i will tell u this please don't just go by all the bad reviews on here as so far they really have treated us good when they really at one point should have told me it was my problem and to deal with it. Tyler who sold me the van , very patient with me as i tested several cars before I settled on one that I felt was right for our family needs. And Jeff for doing what he did for me after the sell when he didn't have to. I suggest y'all give them a chance if u need a used vehicle

These guys are good. Just fair warning you might want to check out the vehicle very well before you buy it. After you sign papers and drive off anything that is wrong with the vehicle becomes your problem then. Otherwise I would consider buying another car from them.

Great people to buy a car from. I bought a 2008 Kia back in 2016 and its still in great condition. My daughter just purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion that is a nice clean working good .
