Marathon Gas

This location is under new management and new ownership. Things have greatly improved. The cashiers are open and friendly, stores clean and well organized. No one involved with the stuff from 2 years ago is there any more.

Update: this store has taken in a full transformation over the last 2 years. The site is the cleanest station and all product is well organized and in date. The staff is always cleaning and ready to help. Every team member in the store is unique and very friendly ready to answer questions and assist however they can.
The hot food selections have gone away due to covid complications, but they're preparing for big changes to come after Sprint Mart took them over from the Minitman chain. Lots to come in the future.

Im really surprised about the bad reviews at this pace because ive never ever had a problem here. I see allot of complaints about it being a "racist" place. But I live right next to it. Ive pretty much met every staff member. And i am always with my husband (we are an interracial couple) and we have been treated really well every time we've been there. In fact there have been a few times that the staff there had gone above and beyond to be helpful to me.

Employees are always smiling and so kind.

Good burgers for a gas station and the staff is always in a good mood! Plus I can't resist a 99 cent energy drink!

Great location. I've never had any issues with this place (although I'm white). They have all the normal gas station snacks, and ice.

I've never had any problems with them running out of gas or pumps not working. The best thing about this place is the convenience and location. Would go again.

Cheat you out of gas! This is my second time getting gas from here and it has happened to me twice. The meter starts going before I even start pumping gas and that is not fair. It was at 0.04 before i gripped the trigger. I barely touched the trigger when the meter started running then the gas started to pump cents later. I didn't appreciated that because I need all of my gas that I paid for whether it's 2cents or 20 cents.

The convenience store and staff were wonderful, but the pumps were painfully slow and I'm pretty sure they charged me for a lot more gas than I actually pumped. I was driving a Toyota Camry rental car and the needle was just below F, but the pump said it put in almost 7 gallons. Pretty sure that's 1/2 a tank for that vehicle. I would absolutely go there for a snack or beverage, but do not get gas there.

Very bad experience at Old Madison Pike Marathon. Clark is very racist . And she is rude. Never go to this location. I live right cross to this location . I will never stop by any more and I will have all my community not use this location any more

Sat night 9:00pm. I go there i got really bad experience from her, like she really racist to me bcoz im foreign. I never ever go there in my life, and i m going to tell my all community to don't go there....i don't want to gave any star but Google don't allow to gave reviews without one star.
