Mr. Webb is the real MVP and needs a raise ASAP. He went above and beyond my expectations and needs. He provided excellent customer service to me and helped me resolve an issue when he didn't have too.

This location has very friendly and helpful staff.

They did wrong address then I came back to tell them but they said if I don’t like here you don’t need to come here
But I just want to let them know and help me .....after we was talking manager said I can call police
I still give for you 5 stars because I don’t like give for anyone 1 star

Friendly staff, but dislike that we don't get our mail till about 3pm and not 1230 like it used to be.

They had what I needed when I went in there and didn't have to stand in line long to pay and leave

Michael and Gary have been so extremely helpful over the years, I'm sad to leave this town and go to a post office where I can't call up on a Sunday morning and have someone answer my call. Those two took care of me for sure. My mail lady was wonderful as well, however when a sub came in to cover her, they were not so great. Mailbox left open, packages not delivered or lost and sometimes delivered after dark. All in all I will miss Decatur. Thank you Michael, Gary and Ms P!!!

The staff has always been very friendly at the counter, however I've read in other reviews what appears to be uneven treatment to non Anglos, which is troubling. I've had more trouble with certified being delivered to my apartment, only to find that after signing and opening that it was for my next door neighbor. They were legal documents and although I realized it after just tearing one end and I was able to get the postwomen to come back for correct delivery. My cluster box delivery is just fine, no issues, but I find that a birthday card to The Colony, TX (not that far don't you know) has taken up to 4 days to deliver! I think it's the handling from this end and not The Colony. Also I don't like the 4:30 close time. What's the rush, trying to avoid "rush hour traffic" here in Decatur? Lol.

I been living at my address for 2017. Over years I gotten other people mail with different address that was resolved however they will not stop delivering alive and deceased prior owners mail. I refuse keep write deceased or don't live here anymore. I not spend my life consistently reminding them don't live here anymore who refuse update there mailer address. So I now write return sender person don't live here and future mail will be thrown away. I protecting my property from possible false claims someone who don't live here anymore has no rights have foot hold of my property and my property includes my mailbox on my lawn. No one will use my address without permission. I spent years try get previous owner to change there mail who refuse. Or post office refuse stop delivering people who have no foot hold on my property since I bought it. So since won't stop delivering people don't live here. I got no choice but warn future mail will be thrown away after years be ignored and tired writing on each piece of mail. This my legal property. I make sure no one will have foot hold by claiming there mail delivered here. I protecting my property... Stop delivering mail addressed those don't live here.

Friendly staff, but our mailbox is left open sometimes we have complained but nothing is done about it, we also get a lot of misdelivered mail. They need to be open on sat.

We used to get our mail around noon to 1 for 15 yrs. Now it’s from noon till 5:30. More often the later time.
