Horrible phone experience - not customer friendly. I called to inquire about a rough estimate. He stated "we either get the job or not, I'm not making a trip for nothing". I stated that I thought I saw online that he gave estimates, he responded with another smartellic response & hung up on me. I was willing to bring my vehicle by to get an estimate but we never made it that far in the conversation. He might do great work but I would rather give my business to someone who doesn't belittle me as a potential customer.
