There is no 'Creekside Rv' Park, hasn't been that name in over 3 years. It was purchased 3 yes ago and completely renovated as well as renamed Alvord Oaks RV Park. Clean, neat, well organized, safe, under new managment,, facilities revamped, video surveillance 24hrs a day, safest Rv Park in texas, loved it.

I dont know why theres such any bad comments over this rv park we just moved out here 3 weeks ago bought my 1st rv the owners r awsome even before i bought rv the manager his wife r good people have gone out there way to help us and make us fill welcome im disabled and i have also severe panic attacks exspeacilly over bad weather Robert maintenance man here just between 330 am text me asking cuz he knows how scare i am of bad weather he was up already watching park residents and texting making sure i was ok i couldnt ask for nicer helpful kindness people thank everyone these i do believe r new owners very very nice like i said robert cleaning place up and just very nice managers so far everything is great everything like laundry bathrooms here to r perfect and very clean im glad we foind our place at home i dont normally give 5 starsbut they r and like i said park is getting clean up robert maintenance has went far out of his job and way to help us

Stayed at Creek Side for a long duration while working in the oil field .Mrs Peggie and company treated me like Family .Quiet and a respectable place to stay .Gonna miss them .THX ,Roy

Need place

We have lived here for over three years. It is usualy a quiet and peaceful place. The owners Mom was here in the office every day until health problems arose but she is back now. She wants the samething we do a quiet peaceful park and as far as I'm concerned we have that. Some reviews have stated we were all meth heads but as a retired pastor I highly resent that. Every place I have ever lived can and do get bad people in the neighborhood or apartments or rv park, unfortunately that is a part of the world we live in. The management here has always worked to keep this place safe, my grandsons play here all the time without us being to concerned. I have no problem recomending Creekside RV.

I haven't stayed here but a friend stays they seem nice.

The man that runs this place is nice. The people in it are rude. The place needs to be cleaned up for sure.
