B- RV Park might be more appropriate. There was NO staff to give wifi password or other info, check photos for the amount of burrs in "grass" areas. BEWARE if you have pets, we spent most of our time de-burring the dogs. There is also a suspicious "tent" tarp on the edge of the property, looks like a homeless camp. The last thing is there were a lot of empty lots but the people coming and going were limited to three sites on top of each other. 😔 It was quiet and well kept property. Their empty building also looked new from the outside.

Very clean. They have a nice bathroom, shower, and laundry area. The spots were pull through with full hookups. The spot was big enough we could leave our truck attached for the night. They have a cute little pavilion for people to eat and relax at.

My family and I felt very comfortable being at this park. The owners Paula and her husband were wonderful people from the beginning to the time for us to leave. They take much well deserved pride in making sure the park is well taken care of. The bathroom, shower and laundry room is always clean. They have propane on the campsite. I recommend this place if you also like quietness. The town does have a grocery store, post office, bank and other necessity. Thank you Paula

Clean huge bathrooms.

We stayed here for an overnight on the road both ways between Sedona, Arizona and Shreveport, Louisiana. The office staff were lovely and welcoming. We are in a 36' coach and normally only use our own facilities, but this time we did not want to do all the hook-ups so we could get out early in the morning. We decided to shower in the bath house this time. WOW!!! The bathhouse was nicer than many hotels I've stayed in! Beautiful, large private bathroom with large shower area. Everything was beautifully appointed. Shower head was adjustable with multiple settings, seemingly endless hot water, and excellent water pressure. Everything was spotlessly clean. I may be easily pleased, but this made my day after a day of driving. We can very highly recommended this park as an overnight travel stop. It is extremely well run.

We had a great time at this rv park. Very peaceful and safe. The bathroom, showers, and laundry area is beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay here again next time we pass through.

We loved here for 6 months while our house was being built! We absolutely loved it! The owners are super friendly and the bathrooms and showers are well kept. You don't have to pay for laundry service either! We stop by every now and then just to see what's going on. Our son has tons of memories riding his bike and playing in the dirt

Very clean and well organized campground outside Decatur, TX. Full hookups, laundry, and very clean showers with bathroom. The lanes are nicely spaced for easy maneuvering in and out. Totally worth coming back to.

What a great place to stay! Quiet with nice grassy yard. Laundry and shower/bathroom are modern nicely appointed and immaculate. Owner operated and they take great care of guests and issues. Will definitely stay again.

Stopped here on the way from Palo Duro Canyon to Houston. A little highway noise but the staff is top notch. Very nice, clean bathrooms with a big shower. Nice laundry facility included. A really great value overall. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean n nice RV park, grassy areas, well maintained, nice men's n women's shower facilities (locked; except when opened w/code provided by office), free WiFi, free laundry machines too. Extremely nice owners n reasonable prices for bagged Ice. We'll happily stay with them again.

Great place to stay! Very friendly and helpful office! Very clean sites. The bathroom and laundry rooms are very clean and are separate for male female. The entire property is very well maintained.

I looked in the area and am glad I chose A+ RV Park. The owners Dan and Paula really take pride in providing a great environment and personal touch. Easy access, clean amenities and a nice quiet place to camp! Highly recommend!

Very accommodating! Arrived after office hours. Paula was great! She even stayed on the phone with me and talked me into our space. Nice shady spots available.

As others have posted on here as well as other forums. This is a hidden gem. If you are ever passing through and just need a nite to stay this is the place. Pull through sites, full hook ups, and very quiet.
