Extra Space Storage

We've had a space now for a month and it has been fantastic. The gate is easy to get in and out, especially when you remember how to use it, and the drive paths are nice and roomy. The unit itself was really clean when we moved in, and I was very happy with how easy the door opened - not all of them do, so it was nice. The front desk has been more than helpful, and so far it has been a great experience.

James was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. Any questions or concerns I had was answered in it's entirety. Very helpful!!

Very attentive and fast service, everything is always very clean and James is always friendly and happy answer any questions I have. He does a great job and the location is very convenient as well.

We have used Extra Space Storage many times with varying levels of success. However, the facility at FM 2499 in Denton, TX outdid itself. We needed to arrange a complicated move out and James Clark handled the process professionally and personably. We especially appreciated his attention to detail at the end. Over the months we had items in their care, he and his staff did a fine job. Kudos!!!
