Zach's New Orleans Style Shaved Ice

This was the perfect treat on another over 100 degree Texas day! My go to flavor when getting any shaved ice or snow cone is always a bubblegum flavor so I was so excited to see the blue bubblegum on the menu! I think this was probably the best shaved ice I have ever had! The flavor was great, saturated but not in excess, and it was only $5 for a large sized one! My wife got her “Barbie” flavor (pink bubblegum and wedding cake) and she loved it too! Overall I think if you are in the Denton area and are looking for a sweet treat on a hot day, Zach’s is the place you want to go to!

So many flavors, so many choices. Didn't even know where to start. The ice is very finely shaved, so no hard bites into a snow cone here. I'll admit, I went a bit tame on my first try, going with a Georgia Peach, but next time I think I'll try some of the more outlandish combinations.

Great flavors...You can go extremely sour if you need that kind of fix. Been wanting to try the Chamoyadas but been stuck on the sour blends. Toppings are a great addition as well

I been a loyal customer for well over 11yrs. His snowcones are priced perfectly, they are delicious, and they don't hold back on the syrup.

Fast and friendly service every time with great flavors and the perfect consistency for ice. Definitely recommend as the perfect remedy for a hot summer day.

Love this place. I got regular snow cones but they have a big variety to mix and match your taste. And you can add lots of different toppings and add-ins. The snow cones aren't the cruchy kind, they are really smooth and they are super nice every time I go. They also sell other snacks like pickles and other things. They are seasonal and sometimes the line gets long so get there soon, but they are really fast.

Me and my wife have been coming here since 2011 and Zach's New Orleans style shaved ice is absolutely unmatchable! Eat a snow cone from Zach's and then go to another stand and get one and you will never go nowhere else but Zach's.

Always have loved Zach's! Been a loyal customer since day 1 when he started out with one stand on McKinney st. Now has a few. Love me some green apple with sour spray or strawberry mango pineapple with sour spray. Best snowcones in town!

Best Snow Cone Place Ever! Definitely worth the wait.

Just like eating flavored snow dust.. soo good! and they dont go light on flavoring. They have best made pickles for 1$ and honestly their vanilla ice cream was just as impressive. Come here if you want quality!!!

Literally the best snow cone I've had in my 43 years of life. 4 kids all said it was waaaaay better than the fancy place on the square and I trust their judgement. Entertained 4 kids for an hour on a blazing hot day for $20. I'm 100% sure we will be back soon. Keep on doin what you do Zach, and thanks for masking up - 3 out of the 5 of us were too young to be vaxxed so we appreciate the safety precautions!

I always go here and there's lots of people eating snowcones. Overall it's a pretty fun atmosphere. One time someone asked me how I was doing and I said, "I'm a snowcone!" Haha that didn't really happen but you can imagine. I recommend the chamoyada and bug juice

I absolutely LOVE their snow cones!! This has been the only snow cone place that I know of in the Denton area that has actual New Orleans style Snow Balls! I highly recommend!👍👍👍

Amazing snowcone flavors and almost endless combos! The owner and employees are SUPER NICE and are very generous compared to other snowcone venues I've been to growing up... and I still have tons of combos to go!

I just went to the new location on Sherman drive in Denton, I had such a great experience here! A little old lady in front of me was giving the girls working there a hard time but they did a great job and I didn’t see any problem. I got the small with mango and tamarindo flavor and my boyfriend had an orange flavored one. It was so good definitely will be coming back! Prices were really good too! plus it’s down the street from TWU so good for those hot days when you need something to cool off !

Best snow cones in town give them 10* I recommend trying the birthday cake snow cone it is amazing and taste just a cake I am in heaven. I met the owner and he is a very nice young man. Thank you

Super syrupy and sweet so basically perfect. They get really busy and usually there's no place to sit while waiting but that's just part of going somewhere that's poppin

I think Zach's 🤗 is an awesome place It feels like to me like I'm on vacation, like I'm in Galveston!!!🤗 Snow cones at Zack's are the best . I don't go no where else for snow cone but Zach's 🤗
